Lagano kuha\u010dom umije\u0161ati ostale sastojke (osim mlijeka) te smjesu uliti u pripremljen kalup za tortu promjera 28 cm, premazan masno\u0107om i posut bra\u0161nom.<br \/>\nBiskvit pe\u0107i 15 \u2013 20 minuta u pe\u0107nici zagrijanoj na 180 \u00b0C.<br \/>\n2.<\/p>\n<p>Karamel krema<br \/>\nLje\u0161njak karamele otopiti u mlijeku na laganoj vatri, umije\u0161ati mljevene kekse i ohladiti.<br \/>\n3.<\/p>\n<p>U kremu umije\u0161ati umu\u0107eni maslac i tu\u010deno slatko vrhnje.<br \/>\nNa pladanj staviti biskvit i obru\u010d za tortu. Biskvit preliti toplim mlijekom i ohladiti.<br \/>\nBiskvit premazati karamel kremom i spremiti u hladnjak dok se priprema svijetla krema.<br \/>\n4.<\/p>\n<p>Svijetla krema<br \/>\nMikserom umutiti \u017eumanjke, \u0161e\u0107er, \u0161krobno bra\u0161no i puding te smjesu skuhati u mlijeku. U hladnu kremu mikserom umije\u0161ati umu\u0107eni maslac i tu\u010deno slatko vrhnje. Svijetlu kremu premazati preko karamel kreme i tortu \u010duvati u hladnjaku najmanje 12 sati.<br \/>\n5.<\/p>\n<p>\u010cokoladu za kuhanje i slatko vrhnje otopiti na pari, malo ohladiti i preliti tortu.<br \/>\n6.<\/p>\n<p>Kako oguliti lje\u0161njake?<br \/>\nLje\u0161njake pe\u0107i u pe\u0107nici zagrijanoj na 180 \u00b0C dok ne porumene i dok ljuska ne po\u010dne pucati.
