Ni\u0161ta br\u017ee i lak\u0161e, od samo par sastojaka, a veoma izda\u0161no i ukusno.<\/p>\n<p>Sastojci<br \/>\n1 pakovanje korica za rozen tortu<br \/>\n1 litar mleka<br \/>\n700 gr secera kristala<br \/>\n10 ka\u0161ika bra\u0161na<br \/>\n75 gr maslaca<br \/>\n30-40 gr mlevenih oraha<\/p>\n<p>Priprema<br \/>\n1.<br \/>\nOd 1l mleka odvojiti oko 1,5 dl, pa sa njim razmutiti 10 ka\u0161ika bra\u0161na (u bra\u0161no dodavati mleko postepeno,mutiti da se masa izjedna\u010di, a ja na kraju jo\u0161 umutim i \u0161tapnim mikserom, da se razbiju grudvice i masa postane kompaktna).<\/p>\n<p>2.<br \/>\nU \u0161erpu, u kojoj \u0107e se karamelizovati \u0161e\u0107er, sipati oko 1\/3 koli\u010dine \u0161e\u0107era, pa ga pr\u017eiti na umerenoj temperaturi, a kada po\u010dne da se karamelizuje, dodavati postepeno i ostalu koli\u010dinu \u0161e\u0107era, stalno me\u0161aju\u0107i.<br \/>\n3.<br \/>\nKada je sav \u0161e\u0107er karamelizovao, uliti preostalo mleko, a varja\u010dom \u201eprobu\u0161iti\u201c sloj \u0161e\u0107era na dnu \u0161erpe, kako bi mleko prodrlo na dno, jer \u0107e se u suprotnom podi\u0107i mleko i \u0161e\u0107er i prskati. Smanjiti temperaturu, povremeno me\u0161aju\u0107i, dok se \u0161e\u0107er ne istopi.<br \/>\n4.<br \/>\nKad se \u0161e\u010der istopio, isklju\u010diti plotnu i postepeno uliti razmu\u0107eno bra\u0161no, stalno mesajuci, dok se masa ne zgusne, par minuta.<\/p>\n<p>5.<br \/>\nU jos toplo dodati 75 gr maslaca, mesati da se maslac istopi i sjedini sa filom.<\/p>\n<p>6.<br \/>\nVru\u0107im filom premazivati svaku koricu za rozen tortu (u pakovanju ih ima 10 komada), vode\u0107i ra\u010duna da se koli\u010dina fila ravnomerno rasporedi za sve korice.<\/p>\n<p>7.<br \/>\nPo jo\u0161 toplom filu na poslednjoj korici posuti mlevene orahe.<\/p>\n<p>8.<br \/>\nOstaviti kratko vreme da se tako nafilovan kola\u010d ohladi, pa staviti u fri\u017eider, da se dobro ohladi. Najbolje je nafilovati dan pre sluzenja, da bi se korice i fil sjedinili i ostaviti da prenoci u frizideru.<br \/>\n9.<br \/>\nSe\u0107i o\u0161tim no\u017eem na kocke \u017eeljene veli\u010dine.<\/p>\n<p>Poslu\u017eivanje<br \/>\nSavet: kada je ovako toplo vreme, kola\u010d dr\u017eati u fri\u017eideru i poslu\u017eivati hladan.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>Za sve ljubitelje karamela idealna poslastica.
