Kuhati jo\u0161 2 minute uz lagano mije\u0161anje pa maknuti sa vatre da se ohladi. Povremeno promije\u0161ati da se ne napravi korica.<br \/>\n2.<br \/>\nIspe\u0107i dvije kore lisnatog tijesta.<br \/>\n3.<br \/>\nBiskvit:<br \/>\nUmutiti \u010dvrsto bjelanjce sa prstohvatom soli i dvije \u017elice \u0161e\u0107era.<br \/>\n\u017dumanjce mutiti sa vanilin \u0161e\u0107erom i preostalim kristal \u0161e\u0107erom dok se \u0161e\u0107er ne rastopi. U to dodati \u017elicu ulja, bra\u0161no sa pra\u0161kom za pecivo i orahe. Kad smo sve umutili u to dodati snijeg od bjelanjaka i saviti pe\u0107i u ve\u0107u tepsiju \u2013 obavezno na papir za pe\u010denje.<br \/>\n4.<br \/>\nDok se biskvit hladi zavr\u0161iti kremu. Pjenasto umutiti margarin sa \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu. Ohla\u0111enu kuhanu kremu malo izmiksati pa dodati umu\u0107en margarin.<br \/>\n5.<br \/>\nKako bi se bolje sljepila krema, sa biskvita skinemo onaj tanki gornji sloj koji se lako odvaja.<br \/>\n6.<br \/>\nSlaganje:<br \/>\nPola kreme namazati po biskvitu zatim na to staviti jednu koru lisnatog (okrenutu naopa\u010dke), zatim pokriti drugom tepsijom i sve zajedno preokrenuti, biskvit lagano potisnuti po cijeloj povr\u0161ini da se krema sljubi sa lisnatim koji je sad na dnu.
