pripreme,mo\u017ee biti torta za svaki dan, i to je ono \u0161to ju meni posebno \u010dini jednom od najdra\u017eih\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Sastojci<br \/>\nZa korice:<br \/>\n5 kom bjelanjaka<br \/>\n1 omot pudinga od vanilije u prahu<br \/>\n1 velika \u017elica bra\u0161na<br \/>\n5 \u017elica \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n3 \u017elice ulja<\/p>\n<p>Krema:<br \/>\n6,5 dl mlijeka,5 \u017eutanjaka<br \/>\n2 omota pudinga od vanilije<br \/>\n150 g \u0161e\u0107era u prahu<br \/>\n2 vre\u0107ice vanili \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n100 g maslaca<br \/>\n2 dl \u010dvrsto tu\u010denog slatkog vrhnja<br \/>\nili ako vi\u0161e volite bez vrhnja kremu od maslaca<br \/>\ndodati tada samo 180 g maslaca<br \/>\n2-3 kom banana ili oko 200 g sezonskog vo\u0107a po \u017eelji,svje\u017ee jagode ili maline su savr\u0161ene<br \/>\nza ukras: krupno ribana bijela \u010dokolada ili slatko vrhnje<\/p>\n<p>Priprema<br \/>\n1.<br \/>\nZa korice odijeliti bjelanjke od \u017eumanjaka.Bjelanjke istu\u0107i u \u010dvrst snijeg,polagano dodaju\u0107i \u0161e\u0107er,zatim dodati potrebnu koli\u010dinu ulja,puding u prahu i bra\u0161no,smjesu ujedna\u010diti.<br \/>\nVeliki lim od pe\u0107nice(40 x30 cm) postaviti papirom za pe\u010denje,izliti smjesu u njega,lagano zaravnati \u017elicom i pe\u0107i u prethodno zagrijanoj pe\u0107nici na 160C oko 20- 25 min,dok kora lagano porumeni.<br \/>\n2.<br \/>\nKoru prohladiti,i prerezati na 3 jednaka dijela po du\u017eini lima, zatim pa\u017eljivo odvojiti od papira za pe\u010denje, pa\u017eljivo,jer korice budu izuzetno tanke i mekane.<br \/>\n3.<br \/>\nZa kremu od ukupne koli\u010dine mlijeka odvojiti 1,5 dl u kome razmutiti pudinge u prahu,\u017eutanjke i vanili \u0161e\u0107ere.U zakipjelo mlijeko lagano ukuhati smjesu pudinga,i kuhati dok se potpuno ne zgusne.<br \/>\nKuhanu kremu prekriti prozirnom folijom da bi se sprije\u010dila pokorica odgore,ohladiti kremu, a zasebno pjenasto umutiti maslac i \u0161e\u0107er u prahu,te posebno \u010dvrsto ulupati slatko vrhnje.<br \/>\n4.<br \/>\nProhla\u0111enoj kremi dodati maslac i \u0161e\u0107er i na kraju umje\u0161ati slatko vrhnje.<br \/>\nRedom filovati korica-krema tanko rezane banane ili neko drugo vo\u0107e,-korica-krema-vo\u0107e i tako redom.<br \/>\nNa kraju tortu obmazati filom sa svih strana,po \u017eelji ukrasiti ju slatkim vrhnjem ili krupno ribanom bijelom
