{"id":7568,"date":"2021-09-12T07:39:31","date_gmt":"2021-09-12T07:39:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=7568"},"modified":"2021-09-12T07:39:31","modified_gmt":"2021-09-12T07:39:31","slug":"vanila-mak-rozen-kolac-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=7568","title":{"rendered":"Vanila-Mak Rozen Kola\u010d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sastojci<br \/>\n1 paket rozen kora ili ispecite vlastite po \u017eelji<br \/>\nKrema od vanilije<br \/>\n500 ml mlijeka<br \/>\n1 Dolcela puding od vanilije<br \/>\n20 g o\u0161trog bra\u0161na<br \/>\n100 g \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n100 g bijele \u010dokolade<br \/>\n100 g margarina<\/p>\n<p>Krema od maka<br \/>\n300 ml mlijeka<br \/>\n120 g \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n200 g mljevenog maka<br \/>\noko 70 g mljevenog keksa<br \/>\n150 g margarina<\/p>\n<p>\u010cokoladna glazura<br \/>\n150 g \u010dokolade za kuhanje<br \/>\n30 g maslaca<br \/>\n1 \u017elica ulja<br \/>\n1 \u017elica mlijeka<\/p>\n<p>Kore:<br \/>\n400 g bra\u0161na<br \/>\n150 g margarina<br \/>\n100 g \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n2 cijela jaja<br \/>\n3 \u017elice kiselog vrhnja<br \/>\n1 pra\u0161ak za pecivo<\/p>\n<p>Priprema<br \/>\nKrema od vanilije<br \/>\n1.<br \/>\n400 ml mlijeka sa \u0161e\u0107erom zagrijte do vrenja, a puding i bra\u0161no s preostalih 100 ml izmije\u0161ajte kako ne bi nastale grudice. Smanjite vatru i u mlijeko dodajte razmu\u0107en puding i bra\u0161no s mlijekom te kuhajte dok se krema zgusne i po\u010dinje odvajati od dna.<br \/>\n2.<br \/>\nU vru\u0107e dodajte bijelu \u010dokoladu i margarin te mije\u0161ajte da se potpuno istope.<br \/>\nKore mo\u017eete filati s mlakom ili kremom sobne temperature.<\/p>\n<p>Krema od maka<br \/>\n1.<br \/>\nMlijeko sa \u0161e\u0107erom stavite da zavrije te pustite da vrije 2-3 min. Sklonite s vatre pa umije\u0161ajte mak i kuhajte oko 5 minuta<br \/>\n2.<br \/>\nU vru\u0107e dodajte margarin i mije\u0161ajte da se potpuno istopi. Nakon toga umije\u0161ajte mljevene kekse po potrebi (od 70-100 g). Kore filajte s toplom kremom.<\/p>\n<p>Slaganje<br \/>\n1.<br \/>\nPrvu koru prema\u017eite sa 4 \u2013 5 \u017elica kreme od maka, poravnajte duga\u010dkim no\u017eem, stavite drugu koru, poravnajte dlanovima kao da ravnate stolnjak, prema\u017eite sa 4 \u2013 5 \u017elica kreme od vanilije pa stavite tre\u0107u koru na isti na\u010din i tako do zadnje korice na koju ne ide krema. Prekrijte kola\u010d folijom, opteretite i ostavite u hladnjaku ili na hladnom do sutradan.<br \/>\n2.<br \/>\nSutradan napravite glazuru \u2013 na pari otopite \u010dokoladu s maslacem, uljem i mlijekom pa jo\u0161 toplu izlijte preko kola\u010da. Kola\u010d dr\u017eite na hladnom.<\/p>\n<p>Kore za pitu (by danyland)<br \/>\n1.<br \/>\nOd navedenih sastojaka zamijesiti tijesto i podijeliti ga na 5 dijelova. Svaki dio posebno razvaljati i pe\u0107i na okrenutom limu na 180 C oko 10 minuta (ovisno o pe\u0107nici).<\/p>\n<p>Slaganje s doma\u0107im korama:<br \/>\n1.<br \/>\nObje kreme podijeliti u 2 dijela. Donju koru premazati toplom kremom od maka, na nju staviti drugu koru i premazati je tako\u0111er toplom kremom od vanilije. Ponoviti postupak s preostalim korama i kremama.
