Pripremiti papir za pe\u010denje u veli\u010dini pleha od rerne i podmazati i pleh i papir puterom (pleh se podmazuje kako bi papir prionuo za njega tako da ne mo\u017ee da se pomera dok se raspore\u0111uje smesa, a naro\u010dito je va\u017eno premazati ivice pleha da bi se biskvit lako odvojio od njih). Za biskvit prosejati kakao prah, so i bra\u0161no u jednu posudu i ostaviti je sa strane.<br \/>\n3.<br \/>\nRazdvojiti \u017eumanca i belanca. \u017dumanca mutiti mikserom sa dve tre\u0107ine \u0161e\u0107era dok se smesa ne zgusne i ne postane svetlija, tj. dok se sav \u0161e\u0107er ne istopi. Belanca mutiti mikserom dok skroz ne o\u010dvrsnu, zatim dodati preostali \u0161e\u0107er i ponovo mutiti dok smesa ne postane sjajna.<br \/>\n4.<br \/>\nProsejati jednu tre\u0107inu smese sa kakao prahom u posudu sa \u017eumancima i dodati jednu tre\u0107inu umu\u0107enih belanaca. Metalnom ka\u0161ikom lagano prevrtati\/preklapati smesu dok ne postane homogena. Na isti na\u010din u jo\u0161 dva navrata dodati ostatak smese sa kakao prahom i preostala belanca.<br \/>\n5.<br \/>\nSipati smesu na pripremljen papir za pe\u010denje i rasporediti je jednako po plehu polako ga pomeraju\u0107i (smesa \u0107e biti dosta gusta). Pe\u0107i na dnu rerne 5-7 minuta. Gotov biskvit \u0107e se malo podi\u0107i i bi\u0107e taman \u010dvrst na dodir. Odmah ga preokrenuti na vla\u017enu kuhinjsku krpu i polako odvojiti papir za pe\u010denje od njega, a zatim ga zajedno sa krpom uviti u rolat i ostaviti da se ohladi.<br \/>\n6.<br \/>\nOhla\u0111enu smesu slatke pavlake i \u010dokolade mikserom umutiti u krem. Ohla\u0111eni biskvit premazati d\u017eemom, a zatim i pripremljenim kremom i ponovo uviti u rolat (ja sam prvo namazala krem pa onda d\u017eem po\u0161to je d\u017eem bio ne\u0161to re\u0111i i pla\u0161ila sam se da \u0107e se sve izme\u0161ati kad krenem da nanosim krem; u svakom slu\u010daju ima\u0107ete slojeve i bi\u0107e lepo i ukusno).<br \/>\n7.<br \/>\nZa glazuru istopiti \u010dokoladu sa uljem i u tankom sloju premazati rolat, a zatim ga staviti u fri\u017eider na hla\u0111enje. Ova vrsta glazure se hla\u0111enjem dosta stisne i pomalo se lomi dok se rolat se\u010de.
