Podjeliti na dva dijela i razvu\u0107i kore na veli\u010dinu tepsije. (20\u00d737)<br \/>\n2.<br \/>\nUmutiti snijeg od bjelanjaka postepeno dodavaju\u0107i \u0161e\u0107er, na kraju dodati kokos.<br \/>\n3.<br \/>\nJednu koru staviti u tepsiju, zatim nanijeti fil od kokosa pa poklopiti drugom korom. Staviti da se pe\u010de na 180\u00b0C oko 25 minuta. Pe\u010den kola\u010d ostaviti da se dobro ohladi.<br \/>\n4.<br \/>\n\u017dumanjke pomje\u0161ati sa pudingom i malo mlijeka pa skuhati u ostatku mlijeka.
