Sam naziv govori o ljepoti ovog kola\u010da.<\/p>\n<p>Sastojci<br \/>\nZa tijesto:<br \/>\n600 g P\u0161eni\u010dnog o\u0161trog bra\u0161na Podravka<br \/>\n300 g \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n1 Pra\u0161ak za pecivo Docela<br \/>\n\u00bc \u017eli\u010dice soli<br \/>\n200 ml mlijeka<br \/>\n1 jaje<br \/>\n100 g maslaca<\/p>\n<p>Mak punjenje:<br \/>\n200 g maka<br \/>\n250 g \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n2 Limun \u0161e\u0107era Dolcela<br \/>\n150 g P\u0161eni\u010dnog o\u0161trog bra\u0161na Podravka<br \/>\n1 Pra\u0161ak za pecivo Dolcela<br \/>\n100 g maslaca<br \/>\n200 ml mlijeka<\/p>\n<p>Za kremu:<br \/>\n3 Puding vanilin Dolcela<br \/>\n250 g \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n1 l mlijeka<br \/>\n250 g maslaca<\/p>\n<p>Priprema<br \/>\n1.<br \/>\nU ve\u0107u posudu stavite bra\u0161no, \u0161e\u0107er, pra\u0161ak za pecivo, sol, mlijeko, jaje, omek\u0161ali maslac i umijesite glatko tijesto.<\/p>\n<p>2.<br \/>\nTijesto pustite da odstoji 10-ak minuta, pa ga podijelite na \u0161est jednakih dijelova.<\/p>\n<p>3.<br \/>\nNa pobra\u0161njenoj podlozi 2 dijela tijesta razvaljajte na veli\u010dinu 25\u00d735 cm, stavite ih na papir za pe\u010denje i zasebno pecite na donjoj strani lima za pe\u010denje (30\u00d740 cm). Kore pecite oko 20 minuta na 180\u00b0 C ili dok ne dobiju lijepu blagozlatnu boju.<\/p>\n<p>4.<br \/>\nPe\u010dene kore pustite da se dobro ohlade. Preostala 4 dijela tijesta razvaljajte na veli\u010dinu 35\u00d720 cm.<\/p>\n<p>5.<br \/>\nMak sameljite, stavite u posudu pa dodajte \u0161e\u0107er, limun \u0161e\u0107er, bra\u0161no, pra\u0161ak za pecivo, rastopljeni maslac, toplo mlijeko i pomo\u0107u elektri\u010dne mije\u0161alice dobro izmije\u0161ajte.<\/p>\n<p>6.<br \/>\nDobivenu smjesu odmah ravnomjerno podijelite po razvaljanom tijestu i pomo\u0107u \u017elice prema\u017eite po tijestu. Svaki premazani dio tijesta zarolajte u roladu.<br \/>\n7.<br \/>\nTepsiju (35\u00d720 cm) prema\u017eite maslacem, pospite bra\u0161nom i u nju polo\u017eite roladu jednu do druge. Pecite na 170 \u00b0C 30-35 minuta ili dok ne dobiju lijepu zlatno\u017eutu boju. Pe\u010dene rolade izvadite iz kalupa i ostavite da se ohlade.<\/p>\n<p>8.<br \/>\nNa dno tepsije (35\u00d720 cm) polo\u017eite jednu pe\u010denu koru, a po potrebi joj lagano skratite rubove kako bi vam kora pasala na dno.<\/p>\n<p>9.<br \/>\nPudinge pomije\u0161ajte sa \u0161e\u0107erom, 150 ml hladnog mlijeka, a ostatak mlijeka stavite na vatru. Kad mlijeko zakuha, dodajte razmu\u0107eni puding i kuhajte jo\u0161 1-2 minute neprekidno mije\u0161aju\u0107i.<\/p>\n<p>10.<br \/>\nMaknite s vatre, dodajte maslac i mije\u0161ajte dok se u potpunosti ne rastopi.<br \/>\n11.<br \/>\nPolovicu pudinga prelijte preko kore u tepsiji, na puding polo\u017eite pe\u010dene rolade, prelijte ostatkom pudinga i poklopite preostalom korom.
