Mnogo je imitacija trile\u0107e ali u ve\u0107ini slu\u010dajeva, sa\u010duvan je originalni recept \u2026<br \/>\nTrile\u0107a je neophodno albansko slatko prazni\u010dnih, ali i svakodnevnih menija koje se prema rije\u010dima Trindafile Nuellari, biv\u0161e slasti\u010darke iz Tirane, veoma lahko spravlja, javlja Anadolu Agency (AA).<\/p>\n<p>Iako ima mnogo \u201cuvezenih\u201d vrsta kola\u010da i slatka, Albanci su ipak, vjerni tradiciji i tradicionalnim jelima. Prvo odvajamo bjelanca od \u017eumanaca. Nakon \u0161to umutimo bjelanca, u to dodamo \u0161e\u0107er. Omjer za jaja, bra\u0161no i \u0161e\u0107er su: jedno jaje, jedna ka\u0161ika bra\u0161na i jedna ka\u0161ika \u0161e\u0107era. Mjere se mogu mijenjati prema ukusu ili veli\u010dini tepsije. Sve se namirnice pomje\u0161aju i na kraju se doda \u017eumance, te pe\u010de 30 minuta na 160 stepeni. Nakon toga izvadimo kola\u010d iz rerne i nakon \u0161to se malo ohladi, dodajemo tri vrste mlijeka. Na kraju dodajemo karamelu na vrh\u201d, naglasila je Nuellari.<br \/>\nOna dodaje da je karamela neizostavan dio ovog kola\u010da.
