Jednu polovicu razdvojiti horizontalno na dva dijela, a drugu spremiti za kasniju uporabu.<br \/>\nSvaki dio pure\u0107ih prsa jo\u0161 jednom pa\u017eljivo izrezati horizontalno tankim o\u0161trim no\u017eem, no ne do samoga kraja, neka na jednoj strani bude spojeno. Odreske pa\u017eljivo ra\u0161iriti, polo\u017eiti na prozirnu foliju i prekriti drugom folijom. Lagano istu\u010di batom za meso tek da se povr\u0161ina izravna.<\/p>\n<p>3.<br \/>\nSvaki odrezak malo posoliti i popariti s jedne strane (koja \u0107e biti vanjska) te polo\u017eiti kri\u0161ke sira.<\/p>\n<p>4.<br \/>\nNa sir poslagati kri\u0161ke pr\u0161uta.<\/p>\n<p>5.<br \/>\nKoluti\u0107e ananasa dobro prosu\u0161iti papirnatom salvetom ili \u010distom krpom, izrezati na kockice i poslagati ih na odreske.<\/p>\n<p>6.<br \/>\nSvaki odrezak preklopiti i u\u010dvrstiti metalnim \u0161tapi\u0107ima ili \u010da\u010dkalicama.<\/p>\n<p>7.<br \/>\nPripremiti sastojke za pohanje na posebne tanjure.
