{"id":7269,"date":"2020-02-21T08:32:01","date_gmt":"2020-02-21T08:32:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/zanimljivosti55.com\/?p=7269"},"modified":"2020-02-21T08:32:01","modified_gmt":"2020-02-21T08:32:01","slug":"lawrenceov-kolac","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=7269","title":{"rendered":"Lawrenceov kolac"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>SASTOJCI<br \/>\nZa kolac<br \/>\n180 gr tamne cokolade 70% kakaa<br \/>\n175 gr omeksanog maslaca<br \/>\n125 gr nerafiniranog secera ( ja sam koristila zlatni secer )<br \/>\n200 gr sitno mljevenih badema<br \/>\n4 veca jaja, odovojeni zutanjak i bjelanjak<\/p>\n<p>Za Glazuru<br \/>\n100 gr tamne cokolade 70% kakaa<br \/>\n50 gr maslaca<\/p>\n<p>Po zelji<br \/>\npar zlica pekmeza od marelice<\/p>\n<p>PRIPREMA<br \/>\nPecnicu zagrijte na 150 stupnjeva.<br \/>\nOkrugli kalup promjera 25 ili 26 cm oblozite papirom, i dno i stranice. Ja uvijek prije premazem margarinom, pa onda stavim papir.<\/p>\n<p>Razlomite cokoladu i otopite je na pari ili u mikrovalnoj.<br \/>\nSecer i maslac miksajte dok ne postanu kremasti, nekih 4-5 minuta. Ja sam koristila Billingtons golden sugar.<br \/>\nIma ga kupiti u vecim ducanima, ali mislim da mozete koristiti i smedji secer.<br \/>\nU pjenastu smjesu od maslaca i secera dodajte samljevene bademe, zutanjke i rastopljenu cokoladu, pa tucite dok se sve ne izjednaci.<\/p>\n<p>Tucite bjelanjke dok ne dobijete cvrsti snijeg, pa polako pomocu spatule umjesajte u pripremljenu smjesu od cokolade.<br \/>\nUlijte u kalup i pecite tocno 35 minuta. Po vrhu bi se trabala napraviti korica, a sredina mora ostati mekana.
