Mama ga je jako davno pravila za slavu, posnu, i ostao mi je u se\u0107anju kao mirisan, so\u010dan, aromati\u010dan kola\u010d.<\/p>\n<p>Sastojci:<\/p>\n<p>Testo:<br \/>\n5 \u0161oljica kisele vode<br \/>\n5 \u0161oljica bra\u0161na<br \/>\n3 \u0161oljice ulja<br \/>\n3 \u0161oljice p\u0161eni\u010dnog griza<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161i\u010dica cimeta<br \/>\n100 gr seckanog suvog gro\u017edja<br \/>\n100 gr seckanih oraha<br \/>\n1 pakovanje pra\u0161ka za pecivo<\/p>\n<p>Sirup:<br \/>\n250 gr \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n1 pakovanje vanil \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n2,5 dcl vode<\/p>\n<p>Za posipanje:<br \/>\n50 gr sekcanih oraha \/ po \u017eelji \u2013 ne mora al lepo izgleda<\/p>\n<p>Priprema:<\/p>\n<p>Napomena: 1 \u0161oljica = 150 ml. Prosejati 5 \u0161oljica bra\u0161na sa jednim pra\u0161kom za pecivo i jednom ka\u0161i\u010dicom cimeta. Dodati 3 \u0161oljice griza, 100 gr krupno seckanog suvog gro\u017edja i 100 gr krupno seckanih oraha. Sve izme\u0161ati u vanglici. U sredini suvih sastojaka napraviti udubljenje pa uliti 5 \u0161oljica kisele vode i 3 \u0161oljice ulja. Sve izme\u0161ati da se smesa ujedna\u010di. Mo\u017eete koristiti mikser a mo\u017ee i jednostavno \u017eicom za mu\u0107enje. Rernu zagrejati na 180C. Pleh dim 25*35cm oblo\u017eiti papirom za pe\u010denje i uliti smesu.<\/p>\n<p>Testo odozgo po \u017eelji posuti sa 50 gr seckanih oraha. Pe\u0107i 35-40 min. Probati \u010da\u010dkalicom da li je gotovo, izvaditi pleh i kola\u010d ostaviti u plehu da se ohladi. U medjuvremenu napraviti sirup: kuvati 250 gr \u0161e\u0107era, 1 vanil \u0161e\u0107er i 2,5 dcl vode oko 3-4 min i vrelim sirupom preliti prohladjen kola\u010d. Kola\u010d ostaviti na sobnoj temperaturi dok ne upije sav sirup.
