Fino i pikantno za gurmane!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sastojci 10 osoba<\/p>\n<p>1,5 kg krmenadli odvojenih od kosti<br \/>\nteglica od 350 gr ajvara<br \/>\n250 gr feta sira<br \/>\n400-500 gr fine testenine<br \/>\nmalo brasna<br \/>\nsuvi zacini vegeta<br \/>\nmalo so<br \/>\nmalo biber<br \/>\njedna saka bosiljka<br \/>\n1 -2 glavice crnog luka<\/p>\n<p>Priprema<\/p>\n<p>Krmenadle odvojiti od kosti, istuci tuckom za meso, posoliti, zaciniti vegetom i biberom i blago uvaljati u brasno. Visak brasna otresti.<\/p>\n<p>Na vrelom ulju prziti krmenadle sa jedne i sa druge strane kratko, samo toliko da malo porumene i odloziti sa strane.<\/p>\n<p>Na tom istom ulju proprziti sitno seckan crni luk, vratiti krmenadle i sipati vode da ih prekrije. Jako malo posoliti (feta sir je dosta slan) i dodati bibera. Poklopiti i krckati dok ne omeknu. Sipati ajvar, rastresti posudu da se ajvar rastvori i kuvati jos 5 minuta. Zatim dodati usitnjeni feta sir i kad se istopi dodati dosta naseckanog bosiljka.<\/p>\n<p>Ako volite ljuto onda koristite ljuti ajvar.<\/p>\n<p>Posluzite uz neku finu testeninu.
