{"id":6988,"date":"2020-02-11T09:53:35","date_gmt":"2020-02-11T09:53:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/zanimljivosti55.com\/?p=6988"},"modified":"2022-02-04T19:11:50","modified_gmt":"2022-02-04T19:11:50","slug":"ovo-je-kolac-svih-kolaca-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=6988","title":{"rendered":"OVO JE KOLA\u010c SVIH KOLA\u010cA!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Predivnog su i primamljivog izgleda, ali jo\u0161 boljeg okusa koji \u0107e Vas oboriti s nogu!<\/p>\n<p>Potrebni sastojci za biskvit su:<br \/>\n8 bjelanjaka<br \/>\n70 g \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n150 g mljevenog maka<br \/>\n50 g kokosa<br \/>\n50 g mljevenih badema<br \/>\n1 \u017elica (15 g) kukuruznog \u0161kroba (gustina)<br \/>\n2 \u017eli\u010dice pra\u0161ka za pecivo<br \/>\nPotrebno je i 150 ml vrelog mlijeka za preliv biskvita.<\/p>\n<p>Potrebni sastojci za kremu su:<br \/>\n8 \u017eumanjaka<br \/>\n100 g \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n2 vanilin \u0161e\u0107era ili sjemenke iz jedne mahune vanilije<br \/>\n1 l mlijeka<br \/>\n100 g kukuruznog \u0161kroba (gustina)<br \/>\n1 \u017elica limunovog soka<br \/>\n1 naribana korica limuna<br \/>\n250 g maslaca<br \/>\n50 g \u0161e\u0107era u prahu<\/p>\n<p>Potrebni sastojci za vo\u0107ni sloj su:<br \/>\n450 g smrznutih vi\u0161anja<br \/>\n60 g \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n2 vanlin \u0161e\u0107er<br \/>\n20 g kukuruznog \u0161kroba (gustina)<br \/>\n4 \u017elice vode<br \/>\n2 \u017elice limunovog soka<br \/>\n1 \u017elica (5 g) mljevene \u017eelatine (ili 2 lista)<\/p>\n<p>Potrebni sastojci za glazuru od bijele \u010dokolade su:<br \/>\n100 g bijele \u010dokolade<br \/>\n200 g slatkog vrhnja<br \/>\n1 \u017elica (5 g) mljevene \u017eelatine<br \/>\n25 ml vode<br \/>\n25 ml limunovog soka<\/p>\n<p>Priprema se vr\u0161i na slijede\u0107i na\u010din:<\/p>\n<p>Biskvit spremite tako \u0161to \u0107ete bjelanjke mikserom izmiksati u \u010dvrst snijeg. Dodajite \u0161e\u0107er i miksajte dok se \u0161e\u0107er ne istopi. Kuha\u010dom umije\u0161ajte mje\u0161avinu maka, kokosa, badema, gustina i pra\u0161ka za pecivo. Veliki lim od pe\u0107nice 40\u00d730 cm oblo\u017eite papirom za pe\u010denje, izlijte i poravnajte tijesto. Pecite 20 minuta u pe\u0107nici zagrijanoj na 180 stepeni. Pe\u010den biskvit prohladite pa prelijte vrelim mlijekom. Kad se ohladi, uzdu\u017e ga prere\u017eite na dva komada po du\u017eoj strani.<\/p>\n<p>Kremu spremite tako \u0161to \u0107ete u posudi za kuhanje umutiti \u017eumanjke sa \u0161e\u0107erom i vanilin \u0161e\u0107erom. Umije\u0161ajte naribanu limunovu koricu i gustin pa smjesu razrijedite sa malo hladnog mlijeka. Ostatak mlijeka prokuhajte pa ulivajte u umu\u0107ene \u017eumanjke stalno mije\u0161aju\u0107i. Stavite kremu na laganu vatru i kuhajte miksaju\u0107i dok se ne zgusne. Kremu prekrijte prozirnom folijom i pustite da se ohladi. Maslac sobne temperature i \u0161e\u0107er u prahu pjenasto umutite, dodajte limunov sok i izmije\u0161ajte sa ohla\u0111enom kremom.<\/p>\n<p>Vo\u0107ni sloj spremite tako \u0161to \u0107ete mljevenu \u017eelatinu potopiti u 2 \u017elice hladne vode da nabubri. Smrznute vi\u0161nje i \u0161e\u0107er stavite da kuhaju. Kad vo\u0107e prokuha, dodajte gustin razmu\u0107en sa 4 \u017elice vode i kuhajte otprilike 2 minute. Vi\u0161nje zgnije\u010dite jer \u0107e se kola\u010d ljep\u0161e rezati. Posudu sa vo\u0107em sklonite sa vatre, dodajte limunov sok i \u017eelatinu pa dobro izmije\u0161ajte da se \u017eelatina istopi. Pustite da se ohladi na sobnoj temperaturi. Ako stavljate \u017eelatinu u listi\u0107ima, namo\u010dite je u vodu da omek\u0161a pa ocijedite i umije\u0161ajte u vo\u0107e.<\/p>\n<p>Na komad biskvita rasporedite kuhane vi\u0161nje pa kremu od \u017eumanjaka. Pokrijte drugim biskvitom pa prelijte toplom \u010dokoladnom glazurom. Spremite u hladnjak. Kad se krema stegne, kola\u010d re\u017eite na kocke i ukrasite polovicama vi\u0161nje.<\/p>\n<p>Glazuru spremite tako \u0161to \u0107ete u maloj posudi za kuhanje namo\u010diti \u017eelatinu u mje\u0161avini vode i limunovog soka. Pustite da nabubri. \u010cokoladu razlomite na komade pa prelijte toplim, ne vrelim, slatkim vrhnjem. Stavite na paru i mije\u0161ajte dok se \u010dokolada ne istopi.
