{"id":6846,"date":"2020-02-06T10:17:52","date_gmt":"2020-02-06T10:17:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/zanimljivosti55.com\/?p=6846"},"modified":"2020-02-06T10:17:52","modified_gmt":"2020-02-06T10:17:52","slug":"moj-omiljeni-kolac-sa-bananama-banana-snite","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=6846","title":{"rendered":"MOJ OMILJENI KOLA\u010c SA BANANAMA: BANANA \u0160NITE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sastojci<br \/>\nBiskvit<br \/>\n 7 zumanaca<br \/>\n 60 gr secera<br \/>\n  vanilin secer<br \/>\n  naribane korice limuna<br \/>\n 7 bjelanaca<br \/>\n 120 gr secera<br \/>\n 130 gr brasna<br \/>\n 20 gr kakaoa<br \/>\n30 gr ulja<\/p>\n<p>Krema<br \/>\n 500 ml mlijeka<br \/>\n 100 gr secera<br \/>\n 50 gr pudinga od vanilije u prahu<br \/>\n 2 zumanca<br \/>\n 150 gr cokolade za kuhanje<br \/>\n 50 gr secera<br \/>\n 250 gr maslaca<br \/>\n 2 kg banana<\/p>\n<p>  cokoladna glazura<\/p>\n<p>Priprema<br \/>\nZumanca, secer( 60 gr ), vanilin secer i koricu limuna umutiti dobro.<br \/>\nBjelanca sa 120 gr secera umutiti u snijeg pa sastaviti sa smjesom od zumanaca, dodati brasno kakao i na kraju ulje. Izmjesati , izliti u pleh i peci na 200C\u00b0 jedno dvadesetak min.Ohladiti prerezati i poprskati svaku koru slatkom vodom (prokuhati malo secera i vode).<\/p>\n<p>Za kremu: Dvije trecine mlijeka prokuhati. Ostatak mlijeka umutiti sa zumancima i pudingom pa dodati u prokuhano mlijeko ,mjesati 1-2 min da se zgusne. U medjuvremenu na pari istopiti cokoladu pa je sa secerom umjesati u jos toplu kremu. Maslac isjeci na kockice pa dodati i njega sve dobro izmiksati.<\/p>\n<p>Prvu koru tanko premazati kremom poklopiti drugom pa i nju tanko premazati. Banane oguliti uzduz prerezati i redati po kremi.
