{"id":6764,"date":"2020-02-03T09:00:44","date_gmt":"2020-02-03T09:00:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/zanimljivosti55.com\/?p=6764"},"modified":"2020-02-03T09:00:44","modified_gmt":"2020-02-03T09:00:44","slug":"vanil-krem-strudla-meni-bolja-i-od-krempite","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=6764","title":{"rendered":"VANIL KREM \u0160TRUDLA MENI BOLJA I OD KREMPITE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Jako jednostavna, mirisljava i fina!<\/p>\n<p>Sastojci<br \/>\n500 gr kora<br \/>\nza prvi fil:<br \/>\n3 veca jaja<br \/>\n3 kasike secera<br \/>\n1 solja (2 dl) ulja<br \/>\npola solje psenicnog griza<br \/>\n1 solja jogurta<br \/>\n1 kesica praska za pecivo<\/p>\n<p>za drugi fil:<br \/>\n1 l mleka<br \/>\n9 kasika secera<br \/>\n3 pudinga od vanile<\/p>\n<p>Priprema<br \/>\nNajpre skuvati puding u mleku i ostaviti da se malo prohladi (ne sasvim) uz povremeno mesanje kako se ne bi stvorila korica.<br \/>\nUmutiti belanca sa secerom, dodati zumanca, ulje, griz, prasak za pecivo i jogurt.<\/p>\n<p>Prebrojati koliko imate kora i podeliti ih na cetiri dela, tako da dobijemo cetiri strudle. Ja sam slagala po cetiri kore (u pakovanju ih je bilo 16)<br \/>\nSlagati kore &#8211; na prve tri staviti po tri, cetiri kasike prvog fila a na cetvrtu koru staviti topao puding i urolati. Tako uraditi i sa preostalim korama.<br \/>\nStrudle premazati ostatkom fila ili sa malo ulja i staviti u rernu da se ispeku, ja sam ih ispekla za manje od 15 minuta na 180 stepeni.<br \/>\nSacekati da se prohladi, pa iseci i posuti secerom u prahu.<\/p>\n<p>Poslu\u017eivanje<br \/>\nStrudla je prelepa kad je topla, a meni je jos lepsa kada se dobro ohladi jer me ukus podseca na krempitu. Brzo se priprema i moze doci u obzir i puding od cokolade ili nekog drugog ukusa, na primer karamel ili ko sta voli ;))<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>Jako jednostavna, mirisljava i fina!
