Lim (onaj od pe\u0107nice) prekrijte papirom za pe\u010denje.<\/p>\n<p>Biskvit:<br \/>\nOdvojite \u017eumanjke i bjelanjke.<br \/>\n\u010cokoladu otopite na pari.<br \/>\nBjelanjke istucite u snijeg sa prstohvatom soli.<br \/>\nMiksajte \u017eumanjke sa \u0161e\u0107erom dok se ne zgusnu i poblijede. Dodajte skupa prosijan kakao i gustin, zatim otopljenu \u010dokoladu i miksajte dok se sve ne sjedini. Dodajte 2 \u017elice vru\u0107e vode. Na kraju nje\u017eno umije\u0161ajte snijeg od bjelanjaka.<br \/>\nRazma\u017eite smjesu preko papira za pe\u010denje. Pecite 13 minuta.<\/p>\n<p>Pripremite vla\u017enu krpu dok se biskvit pe\u010de, krpa ne smije biti iz omek\u0161iva\u010da.<br \/>\nKada biskvit izvadite iz pe\u0107nice, posipajte ga kakaom i pokrijte prozirnom folijom. Prebacite na vla\u017enu krpu skupa sa papirom za pe\u010denje, na krpu stavite onu stranu na kojoj je papir, pa zarolajte skupa sa krpom.<br \/>\nOstavite da se ohladi na sobnoj temperaturi.<\/p>\n<p>Krema:<br \/>\nIzmiksajte sir i nutellu, pa umije\u0161ajte lje\u0161njake. Kada se biskvit ohladio, odmotajte ga, skinite foliju, prema\u017eite kremom i opet zarolajte. Dok ga rolate odvojite papir za pe\u010denje. Stavite roladu u hladnjak dok pripremate glazuru.<\/p>\n<p>Glazura:<br \/>\nNa pari otopite \u010dokoladu i maslac. Roladu stavite na re\u0161etku ili na papir za pe\u010denje (iskoristite ovaj na kojem se pekao biskvit) i prema\u017eite glazurom.
