U mlaku voda sa 2 zlice secera rastvorite kvasac i ostavite da se malo zapeni. U vanglu stavite brasno u koj ste umesali preostali secer, so &#8211; dodajte nadosli kvasac, mleko, vodu i ulje. Zamesite meko ali ipak elasticno testo. Ostavite pokriveno testo da udupla obujam.<\/p>\n<p>2. Kad je testo gotovo, razmesite i sada kreirajte&#8230; pogaca, kiflice&#8230;<br \/>\nZnam da vi mozete fantasticne pogace isplesti, ja sam danas zamisljala nesto drugo da izvedem od ovo testo, ali me ta dosadna kisa ubila pa tako i moja volja za sve je splasnula &#8211; na brzaka sam ovako umotala kiflice pa u modlu naredila&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p>3. Ostavite da opet vam pogaca ili kiflice da se nadignu, premazite sa umuceni zumanjak, posipite i sa susamom, mak&#8230; ili sta vi god zelite, pecite u prethodno zagrijanu rernu na 180 stepeni oko 20-35 min.<\/p>\n<p>4.
