\/>\n10 dkg mljevenih-pr\u017eenih lje\u0161njaka<br \/>\n1 \u017elica ulja<br \/>\n3 \u017elice bra\u0161na<br \/>\n2 \u017elice kakaa i 1 pra\u0161ak za pecivo : )<\/p>\n<p>KREMA<br \/>\n10 \u017eumanjaka<br \/>\n10 dkg \u010dokolade + dvije snickers \u010dokoladice<br \/>\n20 dkg \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n20dkg margarina<br \/>\n20dkg sjeckanog kikirikija<br \/>\n1 karamel preljev koji se stavlja preko kreme<\/p>\n<p>PRIPREMA<br \/>\nBjelanjke odvojimo od \u017eumanjaka te ih izmiksamo u \u010dvrstu pjenu(ja dodam i mrvicu soli za \u010dvrsto\u0107u),nakon toga dodamo \u0161e\u0107er i ulje.<br \/>\nU jednu posudu stavimo lje\u0161njake,mljeveni kikiriki(najbolji je onaj u ljusci,pa ga olju\u0161tite i sameljite),bra\u0161no,pra\u0161ak za pecivo i kakao i onda to sve lagano i oprezno umje\u0161amo u \u010dvrsti snijeg da nam i dalje ostane \u0161to \u010dvr\u0161\u0107i.<br \/>\nTo sve stavite u lim koji ste predhodno namazali maslacem(ja stavim na papir za pe\u010denje tako mi je bolje) i pecite biskvit na 180*C oko 25 min,ali provjeravajte jer vrijeme pe\u010denja ovisi kakvu pe\u010dnicu imate : )<\/p>\n<p>KREMA<br \/>\nIzmiksane \u017eumanjke i \u0161e\u0107er staviti na paru i skuhati,kad je ve\u0107 kuhano dodajte \u010dokoladu i lagano mije\u0161ajte dok se \u010doksa ne istopi(ja dodam i dvije snickers \u010dokoladice, a ne morate) : )<br \/>\nStavite to da se ohladi i onda u hladno izmiksajte margarin (ja stavljam onaj za kreme sa okusom slatkog vrhnja,a mo\u017ee i obi\u010dni).Nakon toga u kremu stavite isjeckani kikiriki i onda kremom prema\u017eite biskvit.. i sad ono najbolje trebali bi napraviti tko zna preljev od karamele ali ja kupim Kandit karamela preljev i stavim ga preko kola\u010da,ima varijanta i sa kupljenim pravim karamelama pa ih otopite, ali ovaj kupovni preljev je genijalan : )<\/p>\n<p>GLAZURA-GANACHE OD \u010cOKOLADE<br \/>\nGlazura nije klasi\u010dna nego pravite ganache od \u010dokolade zato i izgleda tako deblja na slici,a pravite na slijede\u0107i na\u010din:<br \/>\n500 ml slatkog vrhnja (ja radim sa zbregov sl vrhnjem)<br \/>\n300gr \u010dokolade ( radim sa onom iz Lidla za kuhanje i ne smije biti \u010doksa da je ispod 50% kakaa ),<br \/>\nVrhnje zakuhaje skoro pa do vrenja,maknite sa vatre i u njega stavite izlomljenu \u010dokoladu te lagano mije\u0161ajte (sa puuuuunnnooo ljubavi) : ))) dok se sva \u010dokolada ne istopi i prelijete preko kola\u010da i dobro,dobro ga ohladite prije poslu\u017eivanja!<br \/>\nDobar tek i u\u017eivajte u kola\u010du : )<\/p>\n<p>POSLUZIVANJE<br \/>\nNapomena:ganache \u0107e Vam biti skroz rijedak i zato kola\u010d mora ostati u dubljem limu za pe\u010denje kad stavljate ganache preko kola\u010da, ganache \u0107e se kroz nekoliko sati u
