Na pocetak stavite komad feta sira i rolajte cijelom duzinom vodeci racuna da zvrk nije previse stegnut. Slozite zvrkove u vatrostalnu zdjelu premazanu masnocom, i ubacite u zagrijanu rernu na nekih 15 do 20 minuta pecenja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jaja, mlijeko, pavlaku, brasno, so i mljeveni bijeli biber izmutite u posebnoj zdjelici. Mozete dodati mrvljeni (sitni) sir ili, ako vam vise pase, narendati zuti, topljivi, po svom izboru.
