Tu je i deo sa pr\u017eenjem u dubokom ulju, \u0161to nije zdravo, a stajanje uz \u0161poret jako je naporno.<br \/>\nZato smo za vas prona\u0161li recept za preukusne krofne iz rerne, koje se prave duplo br\u017ee, a ukus je fantasti\u010dan!<\/p>\n<p>SASTOJCI<\/p>\n<p>40 g sve\u017eeg kvasca,<br \/>\n900 g o\u0161trog bra\u0161na + oko 100 g mekog za premesivanje i oblikovaje,<br \/>\n4 cela jaja,<br \/>\n300 ml jogurta,<br \/>\n200 ml vode,<br \/>\n150 gr \u0161e\u0107era + oko 150 da se uvaljaju krofnice,<br \/>\n150 g margarina + 100 za premazivanje.<\/p>\n<p>PRIPREMA<br \/>\nU mlakoj vodi razmutit kvasac i staviti ka\u0161iku \u0161e\u0107era. U vanglu sipati o\u0161tro bra\u0161no, jogurt, jaja, ostatak \u0161e\u0107era, otopljen margarin i kvasac koji je odstajao par minuta. Varja\u010dom sjediniti testo, tako da bude mekano i lepljivo. Tek tada \u010dasom vadite drugu turu krofni, da vam ne bi prekisle ako ih budete vadili kad i prve.<br \/>\nKada se rerna zagrejala, a krofnice udvostru\u010dile, stavite da se peku dok ne dobiju svetlo braon boju. Dok se peku otopite ostatak margarina i \u010dim izvadite iz rerne, krofnice odmah prema\u017eite i uvaljajte u \u0161e\u0107er, ili me\u0161avinu \u0161e\u0107era i cimeta.
