{"id":6211,"date":"2020-01-21T09:04:13","date_gmt":"2020-01-21T09:04:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/zanimljivosti55.com\/?p=6211"},"modified":"2020-01-21T09:04:13","modified_gmt":"2020-01-21T09:04:13","slug":"recept-za-domaci-macmalou-koji-je-gotov-za-tili-cas-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=6211","title":{"rendered":"RECEPT ZA DOMA\u0106I MA\u010cMALOU KOJI JE GOTOV ZA TILI \u010cAS!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Potrebni sastojci:<br \/>\nZa biskvit :<br \/>\n6 \u017eumanaca,<br \/>\n10 ravnih ka\u0161ika \u0161e\u0107era,<br \/>\n6 punih ka\u0161ika bra\u0161na,<br \/>\n3 ka\u0161ike kakaa,<br \/>\n1 vanilin \u0161e\u0107er,<br \/>\nPola pra\u0161ka za pecivo,<br \/>\n200 ml mleka,<br \/>\n100 ml ulja.<\/p>\n<p>Za fil :<br \/>\n20 ka\u0161ika \u0161e\u0107era (10+10),<br \/>\n6 belanaca,<br \/>\n1 vanilin \u0161e\u0107er,<br \/>\n4 ka\u0161ike hladne vode,<\/p>\n<p>Za glazuru :<br \/>\n150 g \u010dokolade,<br \/>\n5 ka\u0161ika ulja,<br \/>\n5 ka\u0161ika vode.<\/p>\n<p>Priprema:<br \/>\nKorak 1: \u017dumanca umutite sa \u0161e\u0107erom, pa dodajte vanilin \u0161e\u0107er, mleko i ulje i mikserom sve lepo sjedinite. U bra\u0161no dodajte pra\u0161ak za pecivo i ume\u0161ajte ga. Bra\u0161no i kakao dodajte u smesu sa jajima, pa ume\u0161ajte varja\u010dom (ne mikserom).<\/p>\n<p>Korak 2: Smesu za biskvit izlijte na pek papir, pa pecite u rerni zagrejanoj na 200o C 20 minuta. Dok se biskvit pe\u010de mikserom umutite belanca dok se ne dobije \u010dvrsta smesa. Zna\u0107ete da su belanca gotova kada prevrnete vanglu, a smesa stoji. Ubacite 10 ka\u0161ika \u0161e\u0107era i vanilin \u0161e\u0107er, pa mutite jo\u0161.<\/p>\n<p>Korak 3:<br \/>\nU \u0161erpicu stavite 10 ka\u0161ika \u0161e\u0107era i 4 ka\u0161ike vode, pa u\u0161pinujte. Ako prvi put \u0161pinujete potrebno je da stavite \u0161e\u0107er i vodu na ringlu i da sa\u010dekate da provri, pa da po\u010dne da peni i kada po\u010dne da se zgu\u0161njava tj da bude gu\u0161\u0107e od vode (kao sirup) gotovo je. U\u0161pinovan \u0161e\u0107er postepeno dodajte u belnaca sve vreme mute\u0107i.<br \/>\nKorak 4: Smesu rasporedite po kori i vratite na jo\u0161 10 minutau rernu koju ste smanjile na 120o C. Glazuru napravite od \u010dokolade, ulja i vode.
