U sredinu dodati jaja, maslac, mileram i mlijeko. Mikserom sa spiralama (ili s nastavkom za tijesto) miksati dok ne postane kompaktno. Tada umijesiti dodatno rukom par minuta. Pokriti i pustiti da po\u010diva 30-tak minuta na toplome.<br \/>\nNakon \u0161to je tijesto malo uza\u0161lo, malo ga udubiti prstima pa dodati suho vo\u0107e koje treba dobro ocijediti rukama od mlijeka i ruma. Energi\u010dno umije\u0161ati u tijesto. Tijesto je malo mek\u0161e strukture ali se ne\u0107e ni\u0161ta lijepiti zato \u0161to ima u sebi puno maslaca. Mijesiti dok ne postane potpuno glatko i dok se suho vo\u0107e ne razmjesti koliko toliko<br \/>\nravnomjerno po tijestu.<\/p>\n<p>Podijeliti masu na tri jednaka dijela. Svaki dio razvaljati u duguljasti oblik na debljinu cca 1,5 cm. U sredini valjkom za tijesto napraviti udubljenje pa jednostavno preklopiti ali ne do kraja, te rukama oblikovati malo uzvi\u0161enje po sredini.<br \/>\nSlo\u017eiti \u0161truce u lim na papir za pe\u010denje, pustiti pokriveno da po\u010diva jo\u0161 20 minuta a potom pe\u0107i u pe\u0107nici na 160\u00baC 50 minuta.<\/p>\n<p>Jo\u0161 vru\u0107i slatki bo\u017ei\u0107ni kruh premazati otopljenim maslacem i obilno posipati \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu sa svih strana.
