Ja ih pod mlazom tople vode izribam hrapavom stranom sun\u0111era a onda ostavim nekoliko sati u rastvoru sode bikarbone (2 ka\u0161ike sode na 2 l vode).To mo\u017eete uraditi u ve\u0107oj \u010diniji ili sudoperi.<br \/>\nNarand\u017ee o\u010distiti i sa\u010duvati kore koje su lepe, bez o\u0161te\u0107enja. Sa unutra\u0161nje strane kore poku\u0161ajte da skinete belu opnu (bela opna se odstranjuje jer je u njoj gor\u010dina) kako bi narand\u017easti deo kore bio tanji i onda te korice sitno iseckajte. Potrebno je 200 gr o\u010di\u0161\u0107ene korice.<br \/>\nNarand\u017ee tako\u0111e sitno iseckati.<\/p>\n<p>U \u0161erpu staviti iseckane narand\u017ee, korice i \u0161e\u0107er. Staviti na tihu vatru da se kuva, uz povremeno me\u0161anje. Posle pola sata sve usitniti \u0161tapnim mikserom ili vaditi re\u0161atkastom ka\u0161ikom pa izmiksirati u secku. Nastaviti kuvanje sve dok se pekmez ne zgusne, me\u0161aju\u0107i da ne zagori.<br \/>\nOvu koli\u010dinu vo\u0107a obi\u010dno kuvam oko sat i po vremena na tihoj vatri, kako bih dobila gu\u0161\u0107i pekmez. Ne miksiram vo\u0107e do kraja jer volim da se u d\u017eemu osete i korice i komadi\u0107i narand\u017ee.<br \/>\nKada je d\u017eem gotov, \u010diste, suve tegle i poklopce staviti u pleh pa u rernu da se zagreju do 100 stepeni. Izvaditi i u vru\u0107e tegle sipati vru\u0107 d\u017eem. S tim \u0161to moram da naglasim da sve d\u017eemove leti dr\u017eim u fri\u017eideru a zimi na hladnom, jer ne koristim konzervanse a i koli\u010dina \u0161e\u0107era nije velika.<br \/>\nRanije sam gledala raznorazne recepte u koje se dodaje voda ili se narand\u017ee cede pa koristi njihov sok. Mislim da je to nepotrebno i da je \u0161teta razvodnjavati ovaj fini ukus dodaju\u0107i vodu a i za\u0161to da se ne iskoristi cela vo\u0107ka, potrebno je da se samo dobro ukuva. Ali, taj trud vredi jer \u0107ete dobiti zaista predivan d\u017eem.
