Po\u0161to se u toku pe\u010denja pre\u010dnik biskvita smanji, nakon hla\u0111enja stavljen je u kalup pre\u010dnika 24 cm u kom je cela torta pravljena.<\/p>\n<p>Vanila krema<br \/>\n\u017delatin preliti sa 5 ka\u0161ika vode i ostaviti da bubri 5 minuta.<br \/>\nKiselu pavlaku, slatku pavlaku i med izme\u0161ati mikserom.<br \/>\nNabubreli \u017eelatin otopiti na tihoj vatri, dodati 3 ka\u0161ike smese od pavlake, me\u0161ati uz zagrevanje dok se smesa ne ujedna\u010di i uliti u ostatak smese od pavlake. Izme\u0161ati mikserom.<br \/>\nUme\u0161ati komadi\u0107e bele \u010dokolade i aromu vanile.<br \/>\nPremazati preko biskvita i staviti u fri\u017eider da se hladi pola sata.<\/p>\n<p>Fil od \u0161umskog vo\u0107a<br \/>\nVodu sa \u0161e\u0107erom zagrejati do klju\u010danja.<br \/>\nOdmrznuto vo\u0107e usitniti \u0161tapnim mikserom ili u blenderu. Dobije se oko 200 ml ka\u0161e. Dodati vode da<br \/>\nPra\u0161ak za puding dobro izme\u0161ati sa ka\u0161om da ne ostanu grudvice od pra\u0161ka i uliti u klju\u010dalu vodu. Nastaviti sa zagrevanjem na ja\u010doj vatri uz neprestano me\u0161anje \u017eicom dok se masa ne po\u010dne zgu\u0161njavati, zatim smanjiti vatru i zagrevati jo\u0161 2 \u2013 3 minuta uz neprestano me\u0161anje.<br \/>\nOstaviti da se ohladi do sobne temperature, povremeno me\u0161aju\u0107i da se ne uhvati korica na povr\u0161ini fila.<br \/>\nKa\u0161iku po ka\u0161iku fila stavljati preko kreme od vanile, lagano razmazati i ostaviti u fri\u017eideru da se stegne.<\/p>\n<p>Mus od bele \u010dokolade<br \/>\n\u010cokoladu otopiti (ja sam je otopila u mikrotalasnoj pe\u0107nici).<br \/>\nZagrejati slatku pavlaku sa \u0161e\u0107erom (da bude vrela a da ne proklju\u010da) i dodati joj otopljenu \u010dokoladu. Nastaviti sa zagrevanjem uz me\u0161anje dok se ne dobije ujedna\u010dena glatka sjajna sirupasta te\u010dnost.<br \/>\nOstaviti da se ohladi do sobne temperature i dobro umutiti mikserom.<br \/>\nMus bude skoro te\u010dan pre nano\u0161enja na tortu i hla\u0111enja u fri\u017eideru. Hla\u0111enjem u fri\u017eideru se stegne, bude mekan kao \u0161lag, ali ne redak da \u0107e curiti sa torte. Ako se pla\u0161ite da je preredak, nakon mu\u0107enja mikserom, stavite ga 15-ak minuta u fri\u017eider i ponovo umutite mikserom, pa \u0107ete videti kakve je konzistencije.<br \/>\nPremazati preko fila od \u0161umskog vo\u0107a i ostaviti u fri\u017eideru najmanje dva sata.<\/p>\n<p>U\u017dIVATI!<br \/>\nSkoro cela torta i osun\u010dano par\u010de<br \/>\nBelisima pravo iz Makarske iz Dianine kuhinje<br \/>\nPoslu\u017eivanje<br \/>\nZa \u010dokoladni mus sam koristila slatku pavlaku \u201c\u0160lag Dolcela 5+\u201d koja je dosta \u010dvrsta kada se umuti.
