Sa\u010dekati trenutak da kvasac po\u010dne bubriti pa dodati sol, mast, vrhnje i mijesiti tijesto uz dodavanje vode. Pred kraj dodati maslinovo ulje i mijesiti dok ne nastane glatko mekano tijesto.<br \/>\nOd tijesta napraviti kuglu, spljo\u0161titi ju pa odrezati na pet trokuta i onda jo\u0161 svaki trokut na pola da bi se dobilo 10 pribli\u017eno jednakih djelova tijesta. Mo\u017ee i kao valjak pa na deset djelova, kako je kome lak\u0161e \ud83d\ude09<br \/>\nOd svakog komadi\u0107a tijesta odmah napraviti kuglicu pa razvaljati ili dlanovima ra\u0161iriti u krug promjera 12 cm.<br \/>\nSlo\u017eiti u dvije tepsije po 5 komada. Svaki krug ja\u010de potisnuti manjim lon\u010di\u0107em dna promjera 10 cm tako da u sredini ostane udubljenje. Lon\u010di\u0107 svaki put prvo uroniti u bra\u0161no da se ne bi lijepio.<br \/>\nUklju\u010diti pe\u010dnicu na 200 st.C.<br \/>\nSalamu i sir naribati. Na svaki krug u udubljenje staviti ju\u0161nu \u017elicu pasirane raj\u010dice ili ke\u010dapa. Bogato posuti salamom, sirom, a po vrhu staviti malo origana. Po \u017eelji dodati i po jednu maslinu.<br \/>\nPe\u0107i 20 minuta obje tepsije zajedno u pe\u010dnici sa ventilacijom na 200 st.C ili pojedina\u010dno na 210 st.C.<br \/>\nKad se izvade iz pe\u010dnice, svaku na 3-4 mjesta ubosti vrhom tankog no\u017ea kroz sir do dna kako bi para doprla do tijesta i bile so\u010dnije. To ja radim i sa normalnom veliko pizzom.<\/p>\n<p>Poslu\u017eivanje<br \/>\nNadjev stavite po \u017eelji: salamu, tunu, sir, kis.vrhnje, gljive, masline\u2026<br \/>\nTijesto je mekano i posebnog okusa zbog maslinovog ulja.
