U serpi ugrejati mleko. Kada kvasac nadodje pomesati ga sa mlekom. U vangli pripremiti brasno, dodati so, prasak za pecivo i sev lepo promesati. U brasno staviti kvasac sa mlekom i vodom i dodati soljicu ulja. Umesti glatko meko testo. Staviti testo u posudu za mesenje i pokriti je suvom i cistom krpom. Ostaviti na toplom da udvostruci velicinu.<\/p>\n<p>Dok testo narasta, pripremiti filove.<br \/>\nFil 1 &#8211; Penasto umutiti margarin sa 2 zumanceta.<br \/>\nFil 2 &#8211; Izmrviti sir i dobro ga sjediniti sa kajmakom.<br \/>\nFil 3 &#8211; Sitno iseckati sunku i krastavcice i pomesati.<\/p>\n<p>Kada testo udvostruci velicinu, istresti ga na pobrasnjenu radnu povrsinu, premesiti ga i podeliti na dva jednaka dela. Jedan deo rastanjiti u obliku pravougaonika debljine 0.5cm.<br \/>\nPotom dobijeni pravougaonik premazati polovinom fila1, pa na njega naneti polovinu fila 2 i polovinu fila 3.<br \/>\nPravougaonik urolati. Rolat rukama pritisnutu kako bi se istanjio i dobio oblik tanjeg pravougaonika.<br \/>\nPravougaoni rastanjeni rolat iseci na trouglove.<br \/>\nTrouglove redjati na pleh oblozen pek papirom i premazati ih umucenim belancetom. Posuti sa malo susama.<br \/>\nRernu ugrejati na 200C i peci pecivo oko 20-25 min.
