Zatim dodati puter ( sobne temperature ) i mesiti deset minuta ( ru\u010dno ili mikserom ) dok se ne dobije lepo i glatko testo koje ne sme da se lepi za radnu povr\u0161inu (ukoliko se lepi dodati jo\u0161 malo bra\u0161na.) Testo prebaciti u posudu i pokriti providnom folijom. Ostaviti da udvostru\u010di volumen ( oko 1 sat )<\/p>\n<p>3.<br \/>\n\u2013 kada je udvostru\u010dilo volumen prebaciti testo na radnu povr\u0161inu, bez dodavanja bra\u0161na, i podeliti na dva dela. Ako \u017eelite manja peciva onda na tri dela.<br \/>\nOblikovati testo u lopte , pokriti krpom i ostaviti 15 minuta.<\/p>\n<p>4.<br \/>\n\u2013 svaku loptu urolati na isti na\u010din kao i baget hleb ( du\u017eina bi trebalo da bude oko 25 cm ).<br \/>\nPremazati \u017eumancetom i o\u0161trim no\u017eem ili \u017eiletom napraviti 10 zareza. Ostaviti da odstoji do sat vremena.
