U posudi gde \u0107ete mesiti testo, razbite jedno jaje i lagano ga umutite sa preostalom koli\u010dinom \u0161e\u0107era, jogurtom i uljem, dodajte sir\u0107e i malo soli, prome\u0161ajte i onda dodajte nado\u0161ao kvasac pa sa bra\u0161nom zamesite mekano testo. Mo\u017eda \u0107e vam trebati jo\u0161 malo bra\u0161na, ili mo\u017eda manje od navedene koli\u010dine, dodajte postepeno malo po malo i mesite. Testo treba da bude mekano i da se ne lepi za ruke. Pokrite posudu krpom i ostavite da testo nadodje, 1-1,5h, dok ne udvostru\u0107i volumen.<\/p>\n<p>2.<br \/>\nZa to vreme pripremite fil. Ja sam koristila vi\u0161nje iz zamrziva\u010da, malo sam ih ocedila od soka (nisam ih silom stiskala, nego onako koliko je iscurilo izmedju prstiju ;)) i onda tek napunila jednu \u0161olju od 250 ml. To mi je bila mera. Zatim sam ih iseckala u \u010doperu.<\/p>\n<p>Iseckane vi\u0161nje prebacite u \u0161erpu, dodajte \u0161e\u0107er i prome\u0161ajte pa stavite na laganu vatru i kuvajte 5 minuta od momenta kad masa po\u010dne da vrije.<\/p>\n<p>3.<br \/>\nPuding razmutite u 4 ka\u0161ika vode. Vi\u0161nje sklonite sa ringle i ume\u0161ajte puding pa vratite \u0161erpu na isklju\u010denu ringlu i kuvajte dok se ne zgusne.<\/p>\n<p>Ostavite da se ohladi uz povremeno me\u0161anje.<\/p>\n<p>4.<br \/>\nPripremite kalup za mafine tako \u0161to \u0107ete ga premazati margarinom i posuti bra\u0161nom, pa vi\u0161ak bra\u0161na otresti. Nikakvih problema nisam imala prilikom pe\u010denja, ni kasnije pri vadjenju, ru\u017eice su same ispadale iz kalupa, tj. nisu se zalepile uop\u0161te.<\/p>\n<p>5.<br \/>\nNado\u0161lo testo prebacite na pobra\u0161njenu radnu plo\u010du i razvite u obliku pravougaonika na debljinu od 1 cm. Prema\u017eite testo filom od vi\u0161anja, s tim \u0161to gornju stranu (oko 2 cm otprilike do kraja) treba da ostavite nepremazanu kako bi se testo lep\u0161e zalepilo i uvilo.<\/p>\n<p>6.<br \/>\nUvite testo u rolat pa ga presecite na pola i svaku polovinu na 6 dela, da dobijete 12 par\u010deta.
