Umije\u0161ati jedan po jedan \u017eumanjak.<br \/>\nPomije\u0161ati bra\u0161no, pra\u0161ak za pecivo, kakao i \u010dokoladu. Bjelanjke umutiti u \u010dvrst snijeg.<br \/>\nSnijeg i mje\u0161avinu bra\u0161na, kakaa i \u010dokolade naizmjence dodavati u tijesto.<br \/>\nSmjesu izliti u kalup za torte, te poravnati. Zagrijati pe\u0107nicu i pe\u0107i oko 25 minuta na 180\u00b0C. Biskvit ostaviti da se hladi u kalupu.<\/p>\n<p>Kad se biskvit ohladio, izvaditi ga iz kalupa i prerezati na pola.<br \/>\nJednu polovicu biskvita (rezana strana prema gore) polo\u017eiti na tanjur za torte.<br \/>\nOblo\u017eiti ga kalupom za torte promjera 26cm koji ste oblo\u017eili trakom papira za pe\u010denje (82cm x 6).<br \/>\nNatrgati bijelu \u010dokoladu i sa vrhnjem za \u0161lag* je otopiti na pari i prohladiti. Sir pjenja\u010dom umije\u0161ati u otopljenu \u010dokoladu.<\/p>\n<p>Ostatak \u0161laga \u010dvrsto izmiksati sa \u0161lagfixom, dodati smjesi od sira i staviti na hla\u0111enje<br \/>\nNatrgati tamnu \u010dokoladu i sa vrhnjem za \u0161lag* je otopiti na pari i prohladiti. Sir pjenja\u010dom umije\u0161ati u otopljenu \u010dokoladu.<\/p>\n<p>Ostatak \u0161laga \u010dvrsto izmiksati sa \u0161lagfixom, dodati smjesi od sira i staviti na hla\u0111enje. Polovinu bijele kreme i cijelu tamnu kremu staviti u vre\u0107ice za ukra\u0161avanje s ravnim nastavkom (10mm promjer).<br \/>\nTamnom kremom napraviti krug uz rub obru\u010da. Zatim uz taj krug napraviti krug svijetlom kremom.<br \/>\nNaizmjence raditi krugove tamnom i svijetlom kremom dok se ne pokrije kompletan biskvit.<br \/>\nZa drugi sloj kreme ponoviti isti postupak, po\u010deti s vanjske strane prema centru biskvita i iznad tamne kreme raditi krug svijetlom kremom, a iznad svijetle kreme raditi krug tamnom kremom, dok se ne napravi drugi sloj kreme.<br \/>\nPrekriti drugom polovicom biskvita.<br \/>\nOstatak svijetle kreme staviti u vre\u0107icu za ukra\u0161avanje, pa po torti raditi male to\u010dkice.
