Uliti ulje i vrelu vodu i jo\u0161 malo mutiti. Dodati bra\u0161no pome\u0161ano sa orasima i pra\u0161kom za pecivo i sjediniti sa jajima blagim prevrtanjem.<br \/>\nMasu sipati u podmazan i pobra\u0161njen kalup pre\u010dnika 20 cm i pe\u0107i 40 minuta na 180\u00b0C. Gotovo testo ohladiti na re\u0161etki i prese\u0107i popreko na 3 dela.<\/p>\n<p>2.<br \/>\nTortu sam pekla u okruglom obru\u010du sa podesivim stranicama koji nisam podmazala, a odozdo sam stavila foliju koju sam gu\u017evanjem pri\u010dvrstila za obru\u010d i polo\u017eila ga u pleh koji je glumio dno. Na ovaj na\u010din testo ne splasne posle pe\u010denja i povr\u0161ina biskvita (pati\u0161panja) je ravna, samo se no\u017eem obrubi pe\u010deno testo, prevrne i pa\u017eljivo se ukloni folija.<br \/>\nKore mogu i odvojeno da se peku. Ja nisam, pa su mi po debljini nejednake jer ih nisam lepo izrezala, \u0161to ni meni, a ni gostima nije smetalo da se fino po\u010dastimo..<\/p>\n<p>3.<br \/>\nZa krem uzeti od predvi\u0111enog mleka onoliko koliko je potrebno da se razmuti brasno i sjediniti da bude glatko.<br \/>\nPreostalo mleko staviti da provri i dodati razmu\u0107eno bra\u0161no. Mesajte \u017eicom oko 5 minuta, da se krem lepo zgusne. Moze se odmah mikserom da mutiti, a mo\u017ee i kada se krem skloni sa ringle.<\/p>\n<p>4.<br \/>\nKad je krem upola kuvan, staviti u drugom sudu \u0161e\u0107er da se topi na laganoj vatri. U otopljen i karamelisan \u0161e\u0107er sipati spremljeni krem sa mlekom i sve zajedno na tihoj vatri me\u0161ati da se sve lepo izjedna\u010di i karamelisani \u0161e\u0107er skroz otopi. Na kraju dodati puter i \u010dokoladu i prome\u0161ati.<\/p>\n<p>5.<br \/>\nKore filovati ohla\u0111enim karamel kremom, premazati celu tortu odozgo i sa strane i dekorisati po \u017eelji.
