i kandirana narand\u017ea<\/p>\n<p>za mazanje<br \/>\n3 zumanca<br \/>\n3 burbon vanil secera,ili neki drugi sa aromom<br \/>\n100gr masti<\/p>\n<p>za preliv<br \/>\n5dl vode<br \/>\n200gr \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\npo zelji 3 vanil secera,i kolutovi narand\u017ee<\/p>\n<p>PRIPREMA<br \/>\nOd 1\/2l mleka,1 kocke kvasca,secera,ulja vode,soli i brasna umesiti testo&#8230;Ja brasno dodajem od oka,osetim onako pod rukom,testo nesme da bude ni previse tvrdo ni previse mekano.<\/p>\n<p>Umeseno testo podeliti na pola,i u drugu polovinu dodati prethodno razmucenu 1-2 kasike kakaa sa malo vode.Svaki deo testa podeliti na 4 jufke(lopte i razvuci u velicini plitkog tanjira&#8230;.ostaviti da se odmori 15-30 minuta<\/p>\n<p>Posebno umutiti mast ,vanil secer i zumanca i namazati svaku jufku&#8230;.<br \/>\nSvaku jufku razvuci u pravougaonik,i uviti u rolnu..<\/p>\n<p>Onda uzeti jednu svetlu i jednu tamnu rolnu i umotati&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Staviti pletenice u duboku tepsiju,i staviti u hladnu rernu..tek onda je ukljuciti na 180,peci dok nedobije zlatno-baron boju..Po zelji premazati jajetom,ja nemazem<\/p>\n<p>Skuvati sirup od vode secera i vanile kao za baklavu i kada se ispeku ,tako vruce pletenice preliti sirupom&#8230;Prelivala sam i sa vrucim i sa hladnim sirupom vruc kolac i nema neme razlike<\/p>\n<p>POSLUZIVANJE<br \/>\nPosto nisam bila ljubitelj suvog gro\u017e\u0111a,tj jos uvek ga nevolim&#8230;.Sve zive recepte gde je islo suvo gro\u017e\u0111e kada sam prepisivala od mame,ja nisam prepisala :)))))<br \/>\nKao mala,ako nam je sta kolaca ostalo sutra dan,znala sam da kolac presecem i samo donji deo da pojedem,koji je takoooooo socaaaan&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p>Sada sam pravila samo pola mere,jer sam znala da moji to nece ni probati a za mene samu je to jako puno,al i sa pola mere sam podelila svaku na 3jufke,tako da su pletenice manje ispale&#8230;i lepse mi je&#8230;.U original receptu,nije isla narand\u017ea,ni sada je nisam stavila ,tako da vi po zelji,ja volim da kombinujem i eksperimentisem.Sada sam stavila u nadev od masti i zumanaca 2 burbon vanil secera i 1 rum vanil secer&#8230;Umesto masti mozete staviti i maslac il margarin..al mast
