Mikserom izmiksati jaja sa secerom, pa im dodati mljeko sve miksajuci na srednjoj brzini, pa polako dodati brasno pomjesano sa praskom za pecivo,ali ne kikserom vise raditi,mjesati sa drvenom kuhacom i na samom kraju jogurt.<br \/>\nIzruciti tjesto na pobrasnjenu povrsinu,oko 50-100 g brasna te izradjivati toliko da s etjesto prestane ljepiti<br \/>\nNeka vas ne brine sto je mekano,treba tako biti,jer da je tvrdje i krofne bi bile tvrde nakon pecenja.<br \/>\n2. Sad tjesto razviti,posipati po potrebi sa brasnom, razviti 1-1, 5 cm i vaditi manjom modlom krofne koje cete stavljati na salvetu, dok se sve tjesto ne utrosi.<br \/>\n3. Zagrijati u vecoj posudi ulje (moze i frituza).<br \/>\n4. Prziti krofne dok ne porumene sa svih strana, ne dobiju finu braonkastu boju.<br \/>\n5. Opet ih stavljati na kuhinjsku krpu, i pokriti dok se sve krofne ne isprze.<br \/>\n6.
