Kad je smjesa ujedna\u010dena, naribati limunovu koricu, dodati vanilin \u0161e\u0107er pa to izmiksati i na kraju dodavati bra\u0161no pomije\u0161ano sa pra\u0161kom za pecivo (bra\u0161na po potrebi \u2013 cca 70 dag) i jedan po jedan \u017eutanjak.<br \/>\nTijesto do\u0111e malo ljepljivo, \u010dvrsto ali ne pretvrdo.<br \/>\n2.<br \/>\nAko \u017eelite plosnatije breskvice, treba staviti malo manje bra\u0161na. Ja stavim 70 dag za breskvice kao na mojoj slici.<br \/>\n3.<br \/>\nTijesto ostaviti u hladnjaku minimalno pola sata, ja ostavim preko no\u0107i. Rezati manje komade, napraviti valjak i rezati komadi\u0107e veli\u010dine cca 1, 5\u00d71, 5 cm. Sada svaki komadi\u0107 vrtiti u ruci dok ne do\u0111u sasvim glatke. U nama\u0161tenu tepsiju slagati sa razmakom jer narastu duple. Pe\u0107i na 200 st.C oko 15-20 minuta. Pe\u010dene se lako vade iz tepsije. Pe\u010dene polovice izdubiti sa malenom \u017eli\u010dicom tako da svaku obujmite dijelom \u0161ake, palcem i ka\u017eiprstom kako biste sprije\u010dili eventualno pucanje prilikom dr\u017eanja samo sa jagodicama dvaju prstiju..<br \/>\n4.<\/p>\n<p>KREMA<br \/>\nIzvrtane mrvice mo\u017eete samljeti ukoliko su krupne ili ako su kao moje sitne onda nije potrebno. Orahe obariti sa kuhanim mlijekom i ohladiti. Izmiksati sve sastojke u kremu.<br \/>\n5.<br \/>\nBirati po dvije polovice jednake \u0161irine, puniti kremom i spajati. Spojene breskvice slagati na ravnu tacnu. Pripremiti kristal \u0161e\u0107er i vodu u koju smo dodali ekstrata od jagode. Breskvicama najprije obojati \u2013 umo\u010diti vrhove u ekstrat (ulovit ih dvama prstima za i brzinski umo\u010dit oba vrha). Tek nakon \u0161to su sve obojane, krenut opet od prve obojane i valjat ju u \u0161e\u0107er i tako redom kojim smo ih i bojali. Time se sprije\u010dava topljenje \u0161e\u0107era \u0161to kvari izgled. Breskvice su gotove!<\/p>\n<p>Poslu\u017eivanje<br \/>\nBreskvice ostavite par sati da se tako na tacni prosu\u0161e do kraja pa ih tek onda spremite.
