Pokrijte zdjelu ubrusom i ostavite na toplom dok se tijesto ne udvostru\u010di.<\/p>\n<p>Za to vrijeme pripremite nadjeve.<br \/>\nZa nadjeve od maka i oraha zagrijte do vrenja mlijeko sa \u0161e\u0107erom (i vanilin \u0161e\u0107erom za mak), medom i koricom od limuna. Dodajte mak\/orahe, pripadaju\u0107u koli\u010dinu gro\u017e\u0111ica i ruma i cimet. Dobro pomije\u0161ajte i ostavite da se ohladi.<br \/>\nZa nadjev od roga\u010da u kipu\u0107em mlijeku otopite maslac, \u0161e\u0107er, med i koricu od naran\u010de. Dodajte roga\u010de, brusnice i sok od naran\u010de. Kuhajte desetak minuta uz stalno mije\u0161anje. Po potrebi dodajte jo\u0161 mlijeka. Pustite da se ohladi.<\/p>\n<p>Lim (ja sam koristila 35\u00d727 cm) oblo\u017eite papirom za pe\u010denje.<br \/>\nNa pobra\u0161njeni stolnjak istresite tijesto pa ga podijelite na tri dijela.<br \/>\nSvaki dio razvaljajte, prema\u017eite tijesto drhtalicom (ili marmeladom) koja nema previ\u0161e intenzivnu aromu, npr. od dunja. Preko toga nama\u017eite nadjev i zarolajte.<\/p>\n<p>Pripremljene \u0161truce ostavite u limu da po\u010divaju dok se grije pe\u0107nica. Prema\u017eite ih umu\u0107enim jajetom i pecite 50 do 60 minuta na 180\u00b0.
