Ru\u010dak: 125 g kravljeg sira, 1 paradajz, 1 dvopek. Ve\u010dera: isto kao i prethodnog dana.<\/p>\n<p>Peti dan:<\/p>\n<p>Doru\u010dak: 1 vo\u0107ka (pomorand\u017ea, kru\u0161ka, breskva, bilo \u0161ta osim gro\u017e\u0111a ili banane). Ru\u010dak: 200 g kuhanog mesa ili ribe, 1 paradajz, 1 dvopek. Ve\u010dera: pola kilograma kuhane mrkve, krompira ili gra\u0161ka.<\/p>\n<p>Kuhajte povr\u0107e ili meso bez soli ili je koristite vrlo malo.
