Lisnato tijesto razvaljati malo ve\u0107e od ovog protvana. Polo\u017eit na obrnutu stranu, podmazanu, malo nabockati vilicom i ispe\u0107i. Protvan potom oprati od masno\u0107e i bra\u0161na (pazite da se ne ope\u010dete). Koru polo\u017eiti u protvan.<\/p>\n<p>Ako radite s keksama petit beurre, biskvitom, pi\u0161kotama ili oblatnom nema potrebe vla\u017eiti (omek\u0161a pod toplim filom).<\/p>\n<p>2.<br \/>\nVo\u0107ni fil je ra\u0111en prema Triplex kockama koji me odu\u0161evio jer nema gustina uz vo\u0107e. I pravila ga x puta i u kola\u010dima, tortama te obi\u010dni desert u zjelicama :))<\/p>\n<p>Staviti kuhati vo\u0107e, vodu i \u0161e\u0107er. Prije vrenja umije\u0161ati \u017eicom (pjenja\u010dom) gris. Lak\u0161e je prethodno odbrojati potrebne \u017elice grisa u ve\u0107u \u0161alicu i lagano sipati uz mje\u0161anje. Kuhati 3-5 min uz povremeno mje\u0161anje. Odmah sipati na pripremljenu koru i poravnati jer brzo stvrdnjava. Ostavit sa strane i skuhat kremu.<\/p>\n<p>3.<br \/>\n6 dcl mlijeka staviti kuhati, a u preostala 4 dcl mikserom razraditi gris, gustin i \u0161e\u0107er. Ukuhati u vrelo mlijeko, nek vri 5 min povremeno mje\u0161aju\u0107i. Maknuti sa vatre, ubacit 25 g margarina i dobro izmiksati. (Margarin je ovdje tek tolko-mo\u017ee i bez margarina). Odmah prelijati preko vo\u0107nog fila i poravnati. Ostaviti sa strane dok pripremite glazuru.<\/p>\n<p>4.<br \/>\nU manju posudu uliti malo mlijeka, oko 25 g margarina, 150 g \u010dokolade za kuhanje. Staviti na najmanju vatru i neprestano mje\u0161ati dok se sve ne rastopi. Povremeno maknuti sa vatre. Ne smije zavrijeti! Glazura treba biti glatka, bez ikakvih grudica.<\/p>\n<p>Na kraju dodati sok pola manjeg limuna i brzo ujedna\u010diti glazuru.
