Doliti malo vode (ili vina), za\u010diniti po ukusu, doliti i paradajz te pirjati uz povremeno dolijevanje vode 30-tak minuta.<br \/>\nZa to vrijeme tikvice oprati pa ih uzdu\u017eno narezati na tanke plo\u0161ke, panirati ih u bra\u0161nu, jajima i mrvicama i ispr\u017eiti u dubokom ulju dok ne porumene.<br \/>\nRi\u017eu zakuhati u malom lon\u010di\u0107u sa vodom (omjer 1:4) dodati samo vegetu. Kuhati uz povremeno mije\u0161anje 15-tak min.<\/p>\n<p>Za preljev musake:<br \/>\n2 jaja i kiselo vrhnje izraditi pjenja\u010dom, dodati vegetu ili sol i malo papra.<br \/>\nU nama\u0161\u0107enu vatrostalnu posudu slagati red pohanih tikvica, zatim red kuhane ri\u017ee (po potrebi odliti vodu s ri\u017ee ako je prevodenasta), red umaka od mesa (okusom sli\u010dan bologneseu), pa opet red tikvica.
