{"id":5035,"date":"2019-12-21T08:37:08","date_gmt":"2019-12-21T08:37:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/zanimljivosti55.com\/?p=5035"},"modified":"2019-12-21T08:37:08","modified_gmt":"2019-12-21T08:37:08","slug":"najljepsa-cokoladna-torta-za-koju-je-napisan-recept","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=5035","title":{"rendered":"NAJLJEP\u0160A \u010cOKOLADNA TORTA ZA KOJU JE NAPISAN RECEPT"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sastojci:<br \/>\nZa kore x 2 (peku se dve kore):<br \/>\n6 belanaca<br \/>\n3 ka\u0161ike \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n6 \u017eumanaca<br \/>\n3 ka\u0161ike bra\u0161na<br \/>\n2 ka\u0161ike kakaa<br \/>\n2 ka\u0161ike mlevenih pe\u010denih le\u0161nika (ili bra\u0161na)<br \/>\n110 ml ulja<\/p>\n<p>Za fil:<br \/>\n1 l mleka<br \/>\n4 ka\u0161ike \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n4 kesice pudinga od \u010dokolade (4\u00d740 gr)<br \/>\n125 gr \u010dokolade za kuvanje<br \/>\n250 gr maslaca (ili margarina)<br \/>\n400 gr nugat namaza*<br \/>\nkoristila sam namaz Choco Nussa iz Lidla, a mo\u017ee i Eurokrem, Nutella i sli\u010dno<br \/>\nPo \u017eelji, za ukra\u0161avanje:<br \/>\nKrem \u0161lag od \u010dokolade \u2013 mada kreme ima dovoljno da se torta kompletno prema\u017ee i ukrasi, pa vam \u0161lag ne\u0107e biti potreban<\/p>\n<p>Priprema:<br \/>\nPriprema kora:<br \/>\nKore se mogu pripremiti i nekoliko sati ranije, jer je potrebno da budu potpuno hladne kako bi se mogle prese\u0107i. Ukoliko niste vi\u010dni tome, mo\u017eete i odvojeno pe\u0107i \u010detiri korice (proporcionalno smanjiti meru na 3 jajeta po kori).<br \/>\nOdvojiti belanca i \u017eumanca. Belanca umutiti u \u010dvrst sneg uz postepeno dodavanje \u0161e\u0107era. Kada se \u0161e\u0107er otopi, smanjiti mikser na najmanju brzinu i dodati \u017eumanca pa ulje. Isklju\u010diti mikser i dodati prosejano bra\u0161no, kakao i mlevene le\u0161nike pa me\u0161ati varja\u010dom ili \u0161patulom, prevr\u0107u\u0107i smesu kako ne bi pala.<\/p>\n<p>Pleh unutra\u0161njih dimenzija 30\u00d720 cm oblo\u017eiti pek-papirom i izliti smesu za koru. Pe\u0107i u zagrejanoj rerni na 180 stepeni sa ventilatorom. Kod mene se ispekla za 10 minuta a vi vreme pe\u010denja prilagodite svojoj rerni.<br \/>\nDok se prva kora pe\u010de, na isti na\u010din umutite sastojke za drugu koru, pa kada izvadite pe\u010denu prvu koru, zajedno sa papirom na kome se pekla, u isti pleh stavite \u010dist pek-papir i ispecite drugu koru.<br \/>\nKore ostavite da se potpuno ohlade pa ih tek onda popre\u010dno isecite na pola, tako da dobijete \u010detiri tanke kore.<\/p>\n<p>Priprema fila:<br \/>\nU dublju \u0161erpu sipati 1l mleka i 4 ka\u0161ike \u0161e\u0107era. Posebno odvojiti od te koli\u010dine oko 3 dl hladnog mleka i u njemu razmutiti pra\u0161ak za puding. Kada mleko provri, dodati razmu\u0107en puding i stalno me\u0161ati dok se ne zgusne, mo\u017eete i mikserom mutiti da biste bili sigurni da nema grudvica. U vru\u0107e dodati \u010dokoladu izlomljenu na kockice i me\u0161ati dok se ne rastopi.<br \/>\nKada se fil ohladi, dodati mu umu\u0107en maslac i mutiti najve\u0107om brzinom a onda u fil ubaciti i nugat namaz i sve dobro umutiti.<\/p>\n<p>Slaganje torte:<br \/>\nKore ne morate prskati jer su izuzetno so\u010dne i vla\u017ene, dovoljno ih je samo premazati kremom koje ima sasvim dovoljno da se torta kompletno prema\u017ee.<br \/>\nJa sam bogato premazala tri kore i zavr\u0161ila \u010detvrtom, koju nisam odmah premazala ve\u0107 sam ostavila tortu da se rashladi i stegne.
