{"id":4990,"date":"2019-12-20T08:21:12","date_gmt":"2019-12-20T08:21:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/zanimljivosti55.com\/?p=4990"},"modified":"2019-12-20T08:21:12","modified_gmt":"2019-12-20T08:21:12","slug":"torta-od-bijele-i-tamne-cokolade-sa-sumskim-vocem","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=4990","title":{"rendered":"Torta od bijele i tamne \u010dokolade sa \u0161umskim vo\u0107em"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Torta od bijele i tamne \u010dokolade sa \u0161umskim vo\u0107em<\/p>\n<p>SASTOJCI<br \/>\nBISKVIT<br \/>\n100 g maslaca \/margarina<br \/>\n100 g tamne \u010dokolade (ja sam koristila onu od 75% kakaa)<br \/>\n60 g glatkog bra\u0161na<br \/>\n40 g gorkog kakaa (kakao za kola\u010de)<br \/>\n1 \u017eli\u010dica pra\u0161ka za pecivo<br \/>\n4 jaja<br \/>\n150 g \u0161e\u0107er<br \/>\n1 vanilin \u0161e\u0107er<\/p>\n<p>VO\u0106NI FIL<br \/>\n450 g vo\u0107a po \u017eelji (ja sam koristila Ledo smrznuto \u0161umsko vo\u0107e)<br \/>\ncca. 80 g sme\u0111eg \u0161e\u0107era (ovisi o slatko\u0107i vo\u0107a i soka)<br \/>\n1 puding od Bourbon vanilije (ili obi\u010dne vanilije)<br \/>\n1 sok od POLA limuna<br \/>\n3 dcl soka od \u0161umskog vo\u0107a (dodatje sok koji pa\u0161e uz va\u0161e vo\u0107e)<br \/>\n10 g \u017eelatine<\/p>\n<p>\u010cOKOLADNI KRAJ<br \/>\n500 ml vrhnje za \u0161lag<br \/>\n500 g bijele \u010dokolade<br \/>\n80 g maslaca \/ margarina<br \/>\n10 g \u017eelatine<\/p>\n<p>I JO\u0160<br \/>\n\u010dokoladne mrvice, mrvljeni ora\u0161asti plodovi, \u0161lag&#8230; Ukrasite po \u017eelji!<\/p>\n<p>PRIPREMA<br \/>\nBISKVIT<br \/>\nMaslac otopiti na pari. Dodati tamnu \u010dokoladu i mije\u0161ati dok se ne otopi.<br \/>\nU drugu posudu pomije\u0161ati bra\u0161no sa kakaom i pra\u0161kom za pecivo.<br \/>\nU jo\u0161 jednoj posudi miksati jaja, \u0161e\u0107er i vanilin \u0161e\u0107er do pjenastog.<br \/>\nU smjesu od jaja i \u0161e\u0107era umije\u0161ati polako \u010dokoladu s maslacem (s kuha\u010dom), te na kraju postepeno dodavati smjesu bra\u0161na i kakaa. Mije\u0161ati dok ne dobijete jednoli\u010dnu smjesu.<br \/>\nSmjesu izlijte u kalup za torte i pecite na 180\u00b0, otprilike 30 minuta. Ja sam koristila kalup promjera 28 cm pa sam dobila malo deblji biskvit, ako volite tanji, smanjite sastojke ili izlijte u ve\u0107i kalup. Kada mislite da je gotovo, probajte \u010da\u010dkalicom ubosti biskvit u sredinu &#8211; \u010da\u010dkalica mora biti suha ako je biskvit gotov. Izvadite i ostavite da se hladi.<\/p>\n<p>VO\u0106NI FIL<br \/>\nPripremite \u017eelatinu po uputama s vre\u0107ice (stavite je u vodu da nabubri).<\/p>\n<p>U lonac staviti sok (samo 2 dcl), \u0161e\u0107er, dodati vo\u0107e (ja sam koristila smrznuto &#8211; bilo bi odli\u010dno ako imate i svje\u017ee), istisnite limunov sok i dodajte nabubrenu \u017eelatinu.<br \/>\nU ostatku soka (1 dcl), u drugoj posudi, razmutite puding (ne kuhani &#8211; u prahu), te ga ulijte u lonac sa pripremljenom smjesom.<br \/>\nNa laganoj vatri kuhajte dok se smjesa ne zgusne i dok se vo\u0107e ne raskuha koliko \u017eelite. Ja uvijek kuham da se ve\u0107ina skroz raskuha &#8211; ostane tek tu i tamo koja bobica vo\u0107a za gu\u0161t. \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\nOstavite da se malo pohladi pa izlijte u kalup preko biskvita.<br \/>\nSada ostavite da se ohladi na sobnu temperaturu pa onda stavite u fri\u017eider dok se \u017eelatina ne stisne kako se slojevi nebi pomije\u0161ali.<\/p>\n<p>\u010cOKOLADNI KRAJ<br \/>\nVrhnje za \u0161lag staviti u lonac i kuhati do vrenja. Dodati maslac i \u010dokoladu te mije\u0161ati dok se ne pretvori u jednoli\u010dnu smjesu.<br \/>\nOstaviti da se malo pohladi (kako nebi rastopilo donji sloj), te izliti na vo\u0107ni fil.<br \/>\nKada se ohladi na sobnu temperaturu, staviti u fri\u017eider.<br \/>\nNa kraju mo\u017eete posipati \u010dokoladnim mrvicama (to sam ja napravila) ili ukrasiti po \u017eelji.<\/p>\n<p>POSLUZIVANJE<br \/>\nTorta sama po sebi nije uop\u0107e zahtjevna niti zahtjeva puno vremena za pripremu. Jedino \u0161to oduzima vrijeme su ove pauze za hla\u0111enje svakog sloja.
