Naravno, u ovom receptu vi mo\u017eete koristiti gotovu pasiranu raj\u010dicu.<br \/>\nPaprike o\u010distiti i narezati na kolute \u0161irine 5-6 cm a zbog izgleda valja upotrijebiti crvene, zelene i \u017eute paprike.<\/p>\n<p>Na ulju kratko popr\u017eiti ri\u017eu pa je dodati mljevenom mesu, kojem ste prethodno dodali jedno jaje, suvo meso, per\u0161in, \u010de\u0161njak, Vegetu, papr i po potrebi malo soli pa sve dobro izmije\u0161ati.<br \/>\nTako pripremljenom smjesom ispuniti kolutove od paprike. U dubljoj tavi zagrijati ulje pa po njemu poslagati okomito ispunjene kolute paprike te ih kratko popr\u017eiti s jedne a potom i sa druge strane.<br \/>\nOvako popr\u017eene kolute punjene paprike zaliti sa pripremljenom pasiranom raj\u010dicom, dodati gran\u010dicu per\u0161ina pa kuhati na laganoj vatri 60-90 minuta i po potrebi doliti jo\u0161 malo pasirane raj\u010dice ili vode ( ako je pregusto ).<br \/>\nAko je nivo pasirane raj\u010dice manji od visine koluta paprike, na pola kuhanja valja kolute lagano okrenuti.<br \/>\nNapunjene kolute paprika mo\u017eete poslo\u017eiti i u prikladni lim za pe\u010denje pa ih zaliti pripremljenom raj\u010dicom.<br \/>\nSve staviti u zagrijanu pe\u0107nicu na 200\u00b0C i pe\u010di u pe\u0107nici 60-70 minuta.<br \/>\nKada zakipi smanjiti na 180\u00b0 C a na pola pe\u010denja izvaditi iz pe\u0107nice i okrenuti paprike.
