Dodati 3 \u0161oljice griza, 100 gr krupno seckanog suvog gro\u017edja i 100 gr krupno seckanih oraha. Sve izme\u0161ati u vanglici.<br \/>\nU sredini suvih sastojaka napraviti udubljenje pa uliti 5 \u0161oljica kisele vode i 3 \u0161oljice ulja. Sve izme\u0161ati da se smesa ujedna\u010di. Mo\u017eete koristiti mikser a mo\u017ee i jednostavno \u017eicom za mu\u0107enje.<br \/>\nRernu zagrejati na 180C.<\/p>\n<p>Pleh dim 25*35cm oblo\u017eiti papirom za pe\u010denje i uliti smesu. Testo odozgo po \u017eelji posuti sa 50 gr seckanih oraha.<br \/>\nPe\u0107i 35-40 min. Probati \u010da\u010dkalicom da li je gotovo, izvaditi pleh i kola\u010d ostaviti u plehu da se ohladi.<br \/>\nU medjuvremenu napraviti sirup: kuvati 250 gr \u0161e\u0107era, 1 vanil \u0161e\u0107er i 2,5 dcl vode oko 3-4 min i vrelim sirupom preliti prohladjen kola\u010d.<br \/>\nKola\u010d ostaviti na sobnoj temperaturi dok ne upije sav sirup. Se\u0107i na kocke, kockice, \u0161tanglice, trouglove, a mo\u017ee i direkt iz pleha\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Dodatak: sa prelivom od \u010dokolade je jo\u0161 ukusniji! U tom slu\u010daju testo se ne posipa seckanim orasima pre pre\u010denja. Glazuru napraviti od 100 gr tamne \u010dokolade, 50 gr maslaca, 1 ka\u0161ike kisele pavlake, 1 ka\u0161ike ulja \u2013 sve dobro sjediniti na slaboj vatri i preliti preko kola\u010da. Odli\u010dno se se\u010de, \u010dokolada se ne odvaja od kore bez obzira \u0161to je prethodno natopljena sirupom.
