Pome\u0161ati suve sastojke &#8211; bra\u0161na, orahe, pra\u0161ak za pecivo, kardamom i \u0161e\u0107er.<br \/>\nPosebno prome\u0161ati vla\u017ene sastojke (jaje, pavlaku, mast i maslac) ili umutiti mikserom, pa im dodati suve sastojke i umesiti testo.<br \/>\nUmotati u providnu foliju i ostaviti u fri\u017eideru dok pripremamo nadev.<\/p>\n<p>2. \u0160ljive oprati, o\u010distiti i ise\u0107i na sitnije komade. Staviti ih u \u0161erpu ili dublji tiganj, posuti sa tri ka\u0161ike \u0161e\u0107era i staviti na vatru da se dinstaju u sopstvenom soku. Kada se malo zgusnu, dodati \u010dokoladu izlomljenu na kockice i me\u0161ati da se otopi.<br \/>\n* Moje \u0161ljive su bile iz zamrziva\u010da i pustile su prili\u010dno vode, tako da sam na kraju dinstanja dodala ka\u0161iku p\u0161eni\u010dnog griza i me\u0161ala da se nadev malo zgusne. Ukoliko su \u0161ljive sve\u017ee, griz nije neophodno stavljati.<\/p>\n<p>3. Ise\u0107i pek papir u veli\u010dini pleha u kome \u0107e se pita pe\u0107i (23 cm) &#8211; mo\u017ee se koristiti i ve\u0107i pleh, ukoliko ne \u017eelite da pokrivate pitu sa testom.<br \/>\nIzvaditi testo iz fri\u017eidera i 2\/3 razvaljati na pek papiru pa preneti u pleh sa papirom. Vi\u0161ak testa koji viri preko ruba pleha odse\u0107i.<br \/>\nPreko testa staviti prohla\u0111eni nadev od \u0161ljiva pa od ostataka testa iseci trakice ili nekim modlicama izvaditi oblike i staviti preko nadeva.<\/p>\n<p>4.
