Jelo poslu\u017eiti toplo uz dodatak kisele pavlake po \u017eelji.<\/p>\n<p>SASTOJCI:<br \/>\n500 g filea pile\u0107ih karabataka<br \/>\n800 g krompira<br \/>\n2-3 paradajza<br \/>\n4 ve\u0107e paprike<br \/>\n2 tikvic<br \/>\n2 ve\u0107e mrkve<br \/>\n1 patlid\u017ean<br \/>\n2 glavice crvenog luka<br \/>\n3 \u010de\u0161nja bijelog luka<br \/>\n1 koko\u0161ija kocka za supu<br \/>\n300 ml vode<br \/>\nso, biber,<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161ika suhog za\u010dina<br \/>\n50 ml ulja<br \/>\n30 g maslaca<\/p>\n<p>PRIPREMA:<br \/>\nFilete pile\u0107ih karabataka izre\u017eemo na komade i blago za\u010dinimo solju, biberom i suhim za\u010dinom.<\/p>\n<p>U tavi zagrijemo 25 ml ulja i stavimo meso da se pr\u017ei oko 15 minuta dok fino ne porumeni. Zatim meso izvadimo u tanjir.<br \/>\nKrompir ogulimo i izre\u017eemo na plo\u0161ke. Paprikama odstranimo sjeme i izre\u017eemo na ve\u0107e komade.<br \/>\nParadajz izre\u017eemo na ve\u0107e kockice. Mrkvu izre\u017eemo na koluti\u0107e. Tikvice i patlid\u017ean ogulimo i izre\u017eemo na deblje plo\u0161ke.<br \/>\nCrveni luk izre\u017eemo na trakice, a bijeli tako\u0111er usitnimo na male kockice.<\/p>\n<p>U istu tavu na kojoj smo pr\u017eili meso stavimo prvo crveni luk, pa zatim dodamo mrkvu, paprike, paradajz, bijeli luk, krompir i najzad tikvice i patlid\u017ean.<br \/>\nSve dobro promije\u0161amo i dinstamo 10-ak minuta uz stalno mije\u0161anje.<br \/>\nU tepsiju za pe\u010denje sipamo preostalo ulje i nanasemo prethodno pripremljeno povr\u0107e iz tave.<\/p>\n<p>Na povr\u0107e rasporedimo meso. Kocku za supu prokuhamo u vodi. Time prelijemo sadr\u017eaj u tepsiji.<br \/>\nNa svaki komad piletine dodamo malo maslaca. Tepsiju zatvorimo aluminijskom folijom i na vi\u0161e mjesta probodemo o\u0161trim no\u017eem.<br \/>\nPe\u010demo u prethodno zagrijanoj rerni na 200 stepeni oko 40 minuta.
