Odvojite \u017eumanjke i bjelanjke, te bjelanjke istucite u \u010dvrsti snijeg<br \/>\n2. \u017dumanjke dobro izradite sa \u0161e\u0107erom.<br \/>\n3. Pomije\u0161ajte bra\u0161no, pa\u0161ak za pecivo i kakao, te ih dodajte smjesi \u017eumanjaka i dobro pomije\u0161ajte da se svi <\/p>\n<p>sastojci sjedine.<br \/>\n4. Na kraju lagano umije\u0161ajte snijeg od bjelanjaka.<br \/>\n5. Prebacite u veliki pleh (onaj od pe\u0107nice) koji ste prethodno oblo\u017eili papirom za pe\u010denje.<br \/>\n6. Pecite na 180 stupnjeva oko 15 min.<br \/>\n7. Pe\u010deni biskvit izvadite iz pleha, odstranite papir i jo\u0161 topao zarolajte, te ostavite da se ohladi.<\/p>\n<p>Priprema kreme<br \/>\n1. Jaja i \u0161e\u0107er pjenasto umutite i kuhajte na pari uz stalno mije\u0161anje dok se \u0161e\u0107er potpuno ne otopi.<br \/>\n2. Zatm dodajte usitnjenu \u010dokoladu i kuhajte uz stalno mije\u0161anje dok se \u010dokolada fino ne rastopi i ne sjedini.<br \/>\n3. Kremu nemojte kuhati predugo da ne bi ispala pretamna. Dovoljno je 10 \u2013 15 min.<br \/>\n4. U toplu kremu dodajte malo ruma, promije\u0161ajte i ostavite da se ohladi.<br \/>\n5. U ohla\u0111enu kremu dodajte pjenaste izmje\u0161ani margarin, te sve zajedno dobro izmiksajte.<\/p>\n<p>Postupak rolanja<br \/>\n1. Biskvit izravnajte i na njega razma\u017eite polovicu kreme.<br \/>\n2. Bananama odre\u017eite krajeve. Dvije cijele banane slo\u017eite jednu iza druge na jedan rub biskvita, a druge dvije na isti na\u010din stavite na suprotni rub biskvita.<br \/>\n3. Biskvit polako i pa\u017eljivo zarolajte s jedne i druge strane prema sredini. Roladu zatim preokrenite tako da rubovi biskvita budu s donje strane.<br \/>\n4. Roladu prema\u017eite ostatkom kreme, te ukrasite iscrtavaju\u0107i valovite crte po kremi pomo\u0107u vilice.<\/p>\n<p>Poslu\u017eivanje<br \/>\nOvaj je kola\u010d prava poslastica za \u010dokoholi\u010dare. Krema je predivnog \u010dokoladnog okusa i jednostavno se topi u ustima.<br \/>\nJa dodu\u0161e obi\u010dno smanjim koli\u010dinu \u0161e\u0107era u kremi na 150g i dodam vanilin \u0161e\u0107er.
