Ne biste verovali, ali ga mo\u017eete napraviti sasvim jednostavno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kako napraviti gr\u010dki jogurt:<br>\nPotrebna vam je 1 litra punomasnog jogurta (3,2 % mle\u010dne masti). U to naspite jogurt, pokrijete doma\u0107inskom folijom i ostavite u fri\u017eider da se cedi preko no\u0107i, ali ne vi\u0161e od 8 do 10 \u010dasova.<br>\nJogurt, koji vam je ostao u gazi postao je doma\u0107i gr\u010dki jogurt, a preostalu surutku mo\u017eete piti kao osve\u017eavaju\u0107i napitak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kako napraviti grcki jogurt<br>\nGr\u010dki jogurt mo\u017eete napraviti i na malo druga\u010diji na\u010din. Za 1 \u0161olju ovog jogurta potrebne su vam 2 \u0161olje masnijeg mleka i 2 do 3 ka\u0161ike obi\u010dnog jogurta (na sobnoj temperaturi) i, naravno, gaza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mleko zagrejete na srednjoj temperaturi dok ne dosegne 80C (gotovo pred kuvanje). Sklonite ga sa vatre, stavite u staklenu teglu i ostavite da se ohladi do temperature 40C. Sada ume\u0161ajte obi\u010dni jogurt.<br>\nteglu pokrijete krpom i ostavite na toplom mestu preko no\u0107i (8 do 10 sati).
