U bra\u0161no dodati nado\u0161li kvasac, jaja, ulje, \u0161e\u0107er i so. Umesiti glatko testo. Mo\u017eete ga me\u0161ati dodacima za testo uz pomo\u0107 miksera. Sjedinjeno testo mesiti jo\u0161 malo na malo pobra\u0161njanoj podlozi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br> Testo podeliti na dva dela (dve jufke), prekriti krpom i ostaviti 45 minuta da naraste. Jufke istanjiti \u0161to vi\u0161e mo\u017ee, pa celu povr\u0161inu testa obilno namazati d\u017eemom. Urolati i re\u0111ati u podmazan pleh. Rolate premazati \u017eumancem u koji se stavi nekoliko kapi ulja. Pe\u0107i oko 45 minuta na temperaturi od 200 stepeni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gotovu \u0161trudlu vrlo malo poprskati vodom, prekriti i ostaviti da se malo ohladi.
