Miksati bjelanjke da dobijemo \u010dvrsti snijeg, dodati \u0161e\u0107er, \u017eumanjke, bra\u0161no s pra\u0161kom za pecivo, vodu (i malo ulja, manje nego vode). Biskvit pe\u010di na velikom limu (30 x 40 cm) oblo\u017eenom papirom za pe\u010denje. Tijesto se nama\u017ee na papir i pe\u010de na 170 \u00b0C oko 10 \u2013 15 minuta. (Vrijeme pe\u010denja ovisi o pe\u0107nici, biskvit se ne smije presu\u0161iti jer se onda ne mo\u017ee rolati!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krema:<br>\nMiksati na pari 2 cijela jaja i \u0161e\u0107er. Kad postane pjenasto i kremasto (nakon cca 10-15 minuta) dodati \u010dokoladu natrganu na kockice. Maknuti s pare i mije\u0161ati dok se \u010dokolada ne otopi. U ohla\u0111enu kremu dodati izra\u0111eni maslac. Na svaki biskvit namazati pola kreme. Izrezati ih na trake cca 3 cm \u0161iroke. Malo zarolati i odrezati no\u017eem (tako da dobijete male roladice), i tako sve do kraja. Ne trebate se zamarati ako vam malo curi krema iz rolice ili vam negdje pukne biskvit, sve \u0107e se to zakamuflirati s kokosom. Ovako izgledaju rolice prije umakanja i valjanja u kokos.<br>\nKrema za umakanje:<br>\nProkuhati mlijeko, \u010dokoladu, \u0161e\u0107er i maslac. Maknuti s vatre i mije\u0161ati dok se sve lijepo ne izjedna\u010di i malo prohladi kako bi se lijepo (u \u0161to debljem sloju) uhvatilo za biskvit. Sad ste ve\u0107 na konju. Slijedi najlak\u0161i dio.
