Na pobrasnjeni sto razvije se oklagijom sto tanja kora-pravougana,premaze se omeksalim puterom(u tanak sloj),stavi se izmrvljeni sir na cele kore i uvije u rolat.<br>\nZatim se rolat isece na 14 komada.Krajevi se fino pritisnu da se zalepe.
