Malo dodatno objasnjenje (koje sam stekla iskustvom) : krompir treba prziti u dosta ulja, tj vise dinstati ga, kada bude gotovo, izruciti to u metalnu cedilicu i odbaciti sav visak ulja. U posebnoj posudi ulupati jaja pa u njih dodati krompir i luk, sve lepo sjediniti pa onda izruciti u teflonski tiganj (s nekoliko kapi ulja), poravnati i peci na umerenoj temperatur<br \/>Posle nekoliko minuta prevrnuti celu tortilju da bi se upekla i sa druge strane.<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>Poslu\u017eivanje<br \/>Moj savet je uzeti veci tiganj da bi se lakse okretali krompiri i na kraju i cela tortilja.U jaja se moze dodati i aleva paprika.Ova sa slike ima u sebi i zelenu papriku koja se dinsta zajedno sa lukom.
